Ruby's Mexican Restaurant, Tyler TX

The food is usually very good. However, this time it was all very dry and under seasoned. Also, they left out my shrimp taco, although I paid for it. Hopefully they step up their game.

Check her out the tacos are. I recommend the strawberry lemonade and doblados tacos any meat. Ruby is the best. She now has food trucks and two more locations in Tyler!

The food is always delicious, and although it is my first time at this food truck, it maintains its phenomenal level. The atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent. Without a doubt, I recommend everyone to visit this place.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's a dump but who cares because they have the best barilla tacos in east Texas! Everything they serve is AMAZING!

This restaurant has some of the best birria tacos and frescas. If you’re looking for an authentic mexican meal, this is the place! The food and customer service never dissapoints.

Ruby's in White Oak. This is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Don't expect flour tortillas, butter and syrup (what East Texans call Sopapias) on every table or canned chili on your cheese enchiladas. Ruby's is the real deal. We moved from Houston 4 years ago and finally found real Mexican food close to home. This is what our small town needs. It's a blessing to get the diversity of wonderful food from authentic cuisine. You won't find "East Tex-Mex" here. Take a chance and try the real thing. Ruby's Mexican Restaurant deserves our support.

Oh my gosh! Get the Number 1 with beef. Sooooooo good! And the staff are soooooo nice. Highly recommend!

Doblados de bistec taco with rice and dipping sauce. The portions at that time was a lot, so I decided too try something by taking the extra meat and rice which has vegetables, dipping sauce and mixed all together and it warmed my body. The food is great and the cook and order taker at the window always keep a smile on my plate and face. The customer service is awesome. The owners are magnificent hospitality bon appetite. No slackers"Punkin"

Just as good as the other locations. Food and service are amazing. Full menu available even at breakfast. Ruby’s is always clean and friendly with some of the best food available. Chilequiles are amazing, along with the horchata and aqua frescas. Never had anything from here that wasn’t delicious.
