Everyone there was kind, caring and very sweet. Prices were very reasonable and Dr Graham and his wife were very helpful and compassionate. Looking forward to to bringing my canines to him for the remainder of his practice.

This is a vet who cares about what’s important,
treating the pet. It’s a no frills, just genuinely kind, competent care for your animals. Love his wife and staff too

After hearing great things, we decided to take our foster pup in a for his first visit. Definitely the best vet and staff we have ever been to, and we’ve dealt with numerous in our lifetime. Thank you Rufe Snow Animal Clinic!

I have been going here for a few years now. Dr. Graham makes taking your pet to the doctor affordable. I would and have recommended him and his staff to others.

Edit: I’m docking another star because the past 2 times I’ve tried to call to make an appointment they’ve never answered the phone during business hours. They call back after a few hours, but it still seems unprofessional. Also, they’re closed 3 days a week, why is it necessary to be closed for lunch for 2 hours on the 4 days a week they are open? Seems a little excessive.

We’ve been taking our pets here for about 15 years, and we LOOOOVE the staff. They’re very friendly, and it’s clear how much everyone there loves animals. They also don’t charge you an arm and a leg for services, which just proves that they do everything for the animals, and not to just line their pockets (looking at you Creekside) The only reason I docked them a star, is because their hours make it really difficult to get your pet in. Being closed on 2 weekdays and a weekend day is a little much.

My family has only used Dr. Graham for the last 20+ years for our dogs and cats. Great vet and staff.

Enjoyed meeting Dr. Graham and his sweet wife. They are pragmatic, unpretentious, & remind me of the old time country vet who uses, experience, knowledge, & wisdom combined to assess & treat pets. This was my hope when making my first appointment & they met my expectations. Additionally, there was a sense of peace & calm upon entering the practice. Nice bonus.

I love Dr Graham! He is a genuine and very caring veterinarian. The whole staff is so sweet, including his wife and the front desk. You can absolutely see that they are in this business because of the love they have of animals. So many veterinarian clinics charge an arm and a leg for their services, but Dr Graham’s fees are reasonable. I believe that families who otherwise couldn’t afford the costs of owning a family pet can by going to Dr Graham.

I read the good reviews and decided to take my Babygyrl kitty there for an eye infection and shots. They were very nice and reasonable. I will definitely make this my new Animal Clinic! Update - will never take my cat here again. She was hissing and in attach mode, only because she had a severe case of infected gums. The doctor was horrible and said that if she acted like that again, I couldn't bring her back. Well, you know, I never took her back there. I kept telling him something was terribly wrong and he didn't diagnose what was wrong with her.
Took her to Davis Animal Hospital and have been taking her there ever since. They diagnosed her, treated her and she was back to her old sweet self.

Dr Graham and staff are great. We had to take my GF’s 15 year old dog in today to be put to sleep. He had been in bad shape and it had only got worse. They were very caring, kind and professional in this challenging situation.

I am so sorry to have to say this because it seems so many have had a great experience here, but that has not been our experience. We brought our 3 month old frenchie in to get updated on shots and scheduled for neutering. The surgery was scheduled, but the day before the office called and said they had missed a shot at his last appointment. So we took him in for an additional appointment and had to reschedule the surgery. My husband called today to double-check the surgery date, and low and behold, they suddenly did not have that date scheduled in their books and wanted to delay the surgery AGAIN. We have our anniversary trip coming up and need to board our dog, which we cannot do until he is neutered, but this office informed us today that their next available appointment isn't until mid-November! The woman we spoke with on the phone was no help and offered no solutions, even though both times the scheduling mis-fires have been their fault. We are now scrambling to try to find an appointment with another vet in time for our trip and in the window that is appropriate for our dog's age. Very frustrated by the lack of concern or help with the situation this clinic created. They're very nice people, but scheduling and actual follow-up on important appointments has been a huge issue, and my husband and I have had to juggle our own work schedules each time this has happened. I do not recommend this veterinary practice.

This is an outstanding veterinary clinic. Dr. Graham and the whole staff are so friendly and the doctor is very informative. He takes his time with you and talks in language that you can understand. I found it a very caring place to take my dog and the prices are excellent as well.

I'll start with the positive. The prices are half the price or even a third of the price of other vets within a 20 mile radius. So that is definitely a plus. Although, I don't think the doctor is very well versed in how to handle cats. When we brought our cat in a while back she was doing pretty good and was very calm in the office and in the exam room. When we brought her out of the kennel everything was fine and she was being very loving and nice to the assistant. And when the doctor came in it was still going smooth. Until he needed to take her temperature, then the assistant proceeded to put on massive gloves and roughly pin her down, giving her lots of anxiety and causing her to get defensive. It was really hard to watch as she roughly constricted her like that. My cat was perfectly fine before but because of the way they treated her it made her very scared. We were in shock. We didn't return to them again for a while. And when our other cat needed medical attention, we took him elsewhere and they were so much better. No need for clunky gloves or to give him an anxiety attack. Times have changed since the 80's and maybe you need some continued education on how to treat cats. When our male cat was very sick we had no choice but to put him to sleep. Unfortunately, everywhere else was too expensive for us at the time. So we were forced to return to this clinic. Because of covid we were not allowed to be with him at the end. My fear is that they treated him the same way they treated our other cat, and in his final moments as well. It scares me to this day to think that in his last moments he was alone and afraid. I wouldn't recommend trusting this clinic with your cat.

Dr Graham is the absolute best! He doesn't beat around the bush.he is very informative! The best vet I've ever been to! He also doesn't charge as much as other vets. I love the entire office including his sweet wife and front office.
