We found out about this place by coincidence and really don't regret doing business with them a bit. The owner of the place is such an amazing person who is very friendly and professional. He and his son took good care of us by taking us to a distributor showroom in THEIR PERSONAL car! Z.was very professional and answered all of our questions about different types of carpets and made sure we are happy with what we selected. The owner gave us a steal deal where I did not even think about negotiating the price! We paid for the carpets and they were delivered to his shop NEXT DAY! He threw an entrance rug for free that really matches the other carpets we purchased.
I can't think of any cons for dealing with these amazing people! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

A piece of advice, know your budget range ahead of time as that will help you narrow down the options you have.

My boyfriend and I had driven by many times and finally decided to go in since we were looking for a rug to match our space. When we walked in the owner immediately assisted us with finding the perfect rug that brought everything together. It was amazing because all he did was look at a picture of our space and he knew exactly what we needed. Wonderful and individualized experience. We recently visited Rugland to buy an area rug for our living room. We were worried it was going to be a complicated purchase both because we had to match the rug to a new sitting chair we purchased, and the rug needed to be custom cut and sized for the corner of our room. When we arrived in the store, we were greeted by Eddy. We explained our needs and also showed Eddy photos that we had snapped of both the living room space and furniture. Eddy wasted no time and quickly took us through the store to see a rug that he thought would work for our needs. It was beautiful. Despite our looking at other rugs in the store, none could compare to the first one that Eddy recommended. We purchased the rug that day and Eddy worked with us and his team to ensure the rug was sized to our needs. We kept in close touch by phone during this process, and Eddy gave us updates on the status of our rug until the custom sizing was complete, which was only a couple of weeks. Rugland is a gem of a store and is staffed by truly talented experts. This latest rug is our third purchase from the store and we recommend Rugland to our friends without any hesitations. We will continue taking our business there!

Great experience. I purchased 2 separate rugs from this location. The first was purchased the day I walked into the store the first time. And the second was purchased a few weeks later. Both experiences were great. The second rug was purchased because I mentioned that I had been waiting on a rug from NFM for months that had been put on back order several times. I canceled the rug because the owner said he could get it and he did. Matched the price from NFM and I had it in no time. I now have the rug that I've waited since October and it took less than 2 weeks to get it from Rugland. The rug is great quality, and I'm glad that I got it. It works so well in my space.

We found Rug Land and Eddie about 21 years ago and keep coming back. He has an amazing talent in choosing the right rug for the decor, and this occasion was for our lake home we just got a few months ago and he saw the pictures and immediately showed us this rug. We are terrible with colors and decor, but Eddie helped us transform the living area and the place looks amazing. I was really not a fan of the Saltillo tile, but repainting and the addition of this rug really made a huge difference and I we love the new look!

Stopped in on the advice of another store. Was looking for a 5x8 and an 8’ round. Eddy was very personable and listened to what i was looking for. He worked with me to get exactly what we were looking for. Brought my husband in a few days later to look as well. We ended up with two great rugs! Will definitely visit again for more rugs. We went to see Eddie at Rugland again today to get a rug for our upstairs media room. Eddie had previously sold us 4 other rugs during a home remodel in 2019. In less than 15 minutes he showed us the rug we needed. He told us what size we needed and told us why we needed the specific rug he showed us. Although I wasn’t initially sure about his recommendation, once he was finished with his reasoning I loved the rug. The pricing was fair and doing business with Eddie was a truly joyful experience!
