I've shopped at Rug Mart previously with my designer and this weekend went in shopping for some runners and a custom rug. Latif has a huge selection of rugs in stock, and knows his inventory in great detail. He helped guide me in buying 4 runners, as well as ordering a custom made rug. In addition to being very knowledgeable, he is fun to deal with! I highly recommend going to Rug Mart if you are looking for quality rugs at a fair price.

Great customer service and Mr. Latif was very helpful. If you come, bring pictures of the room you’re looking for a rug for. Both rugs I got give me a great foundation for my redecorating plans and if was such a nice change to have someone make knowledgeable selections rather than continuing to doom-scroll through online stores.

Told us over the phone that he would give us 5 rugs for $4400 of the company and style we wanted. When we went there after driving 30 miles, he tells us that he will not honor that price. Pretty shocking and untrustworthy owner Mr. Latif

Stay away, the guy wasn’t helpful, poor greeting, didn’t allow me to take pictures as if I were in a military base, prices so high comparing to another handmade rug stores around, this store is scam!: - (

Worst customer experience I ever had. I set an appointment time with a female over the phone, just like the door said & they would not let me in. I tried to explain to them to check.became visibly frustrated & began calling me racial slurs after i refused to leave without them checking their appointment list. Would not recommend buying a rug from here.
