Motorcycle Dealer RumbleOn reviews
18They offered me $9800 for a fully loaded 2022 HD Pan American with 2500 miles and in perfect condition. They are just fishing for desperate people to take advantage of. It was a total waste of my time.
I am about to move out of the country and with all that goes with such a move I don't want to spend a lot of time selling my motorcycle.
I recently sold my 2020 Triumph Rocket 3 GT through RumbleOn. The entire process from offer, to payment, to pick up was fair, smooth, and on schedule. Nick, the gentleman who picked up the bike, kept me informed so I knew exactly when he would make the pick up.
Prior to contacting them, I called my salesman at the Triumph dealership to see if he had ever heard of RumbleOn. Without hesitation, he recommended I call them.
I'm glad I did.
Their offer was 35% lower than a reasonable offer. It seems like they do mostly lowball ya.
This is nothing more than a disgusting low ball factory. It's no good unless you are super desperate for fast funds which we are not. Hard pass for us.
Offered only $100 for my bike; it only needs new tires otherwise is in good shape. The accessories alone are worth more than $100; the metal is worth way more than $100. I expected a low offer (I do just want the thing out of my garage) after reading reviews but this was beyond an insult and beyond a rip-off. Wow.
Low ball offers way below trade in value geared for people desperately needing cash if you want even a 1/4 of what your bike is worth stay away from rumble on
I have a 2021 Sportster 1200 Iron with only 2100 miles they offered me only $5500. The super lowball you, if you need cash quick, I guess it makes sense but cmon.
Offered me $6,000.00 for a 2016 Ducati Multistrada 1200s with 8,000 miles that is in near perfect condition. I understand they are in the business of flipping motorcycles, but the offer was super lowball.
Very bad business. Purchased a motorcycle from them in April of 2020. Paid it off I'm March 2022.4 months and 4 phone calls and still haven't received my title! I'd avoid this company at all costs!
Update- after 6 months of waiting and hiring an attorney to go after RumbleOn I finally received my title.
If there was zero stars that's what I'd give them. Unfair management, business is unprofessional. They don't treat their employees as they should, so I heard and know.
I have a perfect condition one-year-old super sport bike with NADA value at $11,470. Rumble on had the most pathetic offer I’ve heard of yet at $6400. Even a local car dealership offered $10,000 cash and I turned that down.
Terrible business practices and horrible customer service. I'd highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Sold a motorcycle to this company, changed the offer on me and then an automatic email was sent the following day with a higher offer after the deal was done. Its been almost 2 weeks and there 3rd party shipping company has not reached out and now there sending demand letters for the bike or they will report is stolen. Stay away from this company
I received a message that someone was interested in my motorcycle. They wanted to pay me much more than what I was asking and wanted me to cash a cashier check give them a copy of my deposit ticket with the bank and give the extra to the people picking up my bike. I got scared and sent the check back to them with return receipt and tracking and it has been floating around in the postal system going back and forth between Arizona and Carson City, NV. Be careful someone tried to run a scam on me with my RumbleOn posting.
They were not able to give me an offer online. That's fine, but within 3 minutes the local Harley dealer was calling me asking if I wanted to trade in my bike. I'm not a fan of this type of marketing.
Well I was just interested to see what they would offer for a 2007 GSXR 750. They had the audacity to offer $500 lol if you are a biker do not give companies like this your business. This bike runs strong the only thing it needed was a new set of fairings because somebody decided to change the color, and the fairings only run about $400 -$600. These are the type of companies that take advantage of people in tough situations. Post your bike on Facebook marketplace and you will get a much better offer than whatever these people can offer you. $500 for a sports bike, must be a nice business model
I placed my motorcycle on here for appraising to see about cash, offer this place offered 1500.00 lower than anywhere else I had my motorcycle appraised. And they cannot even explain why are lowballing on the offer.
I have nearly completed the cash offer process with Rumbleon. It took longer than expected 2 weeks total. Acceptable with more than one deal going at same time. Only reason it’s not five stars is because after negotiation and agreement, both verbally & via text,
Next day, subtracted - $300 from the already agreed and accepted offer. Which isn’t enough for me to scrap the deal over, was just a surprise for a Texas Business to go back on deal not made under false pretenses or time constraints allowing us both time to consider carefully our positions. They assisted in filling out the paperwork and made process simple with docusign.
Lastly,
Titles were overnighted to them yesterday and I am awaiting funds for Direct deposit, today as I am leaving for Vegas tomorrow for my birthday, and, will not be able to make that trip if those payments aren’t received.
