Rush Bowls, Dallas TX

Love this place, but the Dallas stores are very inconsistent. Ordering online is always a gamble. Can’t rely on them opening on time. Have had to cancel orders multiple times due to delivery drivers waiting for store to open well after the listed open time. When orders are delivered, items are usually missing, and I don’t find out the store was out of something until the order was delivered with items missing.

My recommendation to management is to have staff arrive 30 minutes before open time so they are prepared for the store to open. Until this is done, avoid ordering online. Waiting 30-45 minutes just for the delivery driver to tell you the store is still closed is not good way to start a morning.

I wouldn’t have left a review, but this has been a consistent problem.

The Pumpkin Spice Bowl was
d e l i c i o u s and the perfect mix of flavors! Everything blended well and adding the graham crackers on top was *chef’s kiss*! The folx there are so sweet, and it’s such a cute date spot! While we waited and after we finished eating, we played a few of the games they have out and had so much fun here. 10/10 recommend and we’ll definitely be back, especially before the Pumpkin Spice Bowl is gone!

I've tried similar places but was not all that impressed. This place was a random "I'm hungry, who's open" stop a few weeks ago when I was in the area for something else. Best decision ever. I've since made stopping in part of my routine when I've come to this little shops area as the food is good, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is quite relaxed.

This bowl was one of THE best acai bowls I’ve ever had! It was fresh, cold, and thick like I like it! And the customer service chefs kiss! My baby and I got to enjoy delicious healthy bowl and got to play cute games from our childhood! We look forward to coming back again and again! 10 out of 10 ABSOLUTELY DO recommend!

Progress is definitely needed. The bites had no labels. The bowls were missing toppings. Please, give people what they pay for.

Loved the Beach Bowl that Diamond and Syniyah prepared! It was fast and tasted delicious! Will be coming back!

My second visit and won't be my last. I order off the app Too Good To Go! It was so good I ordered 2 more bowls today

The smoothies always taste amazing. Never once have disappointed me. Big shoutout to syhiyah and Inya their blends always come out great.

I did the Too Good to go… waste of time and money. I walked in and they were rude and basically didn’t believe I had a confirmed order. There was a gentleman basically made it sound like he was doing me a favor. I had to show him on my phone the confirmation etc. The person behind the counter was made a bowl really quick and it was sloppy and I am not going to eat it.

Ordered the Beach Bowl with Blueberries, Bananas, and Almond butter as toppers! Everything was sensational, no doubt.

It was my first time here and the bowls were so refreshing for a hot summer day! The man helping us (I think his name is Jay) was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating I couldn’t thank him enough! They have a wide selection of customizable bowls and smoothies and everything was very fresh and delicious! It’s also at a great location in mockingbird station I recommend getting a smoothie to-go to help cool you down while checking out the shops!

Came in today and got a bowl and it was so good! Jay was super nice and even helped me with my order since it was my first time in! His recommendation was great, I will definitely be back!

I didn’t get to try this place, it was 7: 30PM, 30 mins before closing time. The employees saw us and closed the door.

Staff wasn’t nice. Guy didn’t even acknowledge that there was a customer in the store and when I said hello he completely ignored me. $11 for an açaí bowl with no fruit on top and no toppings. Very disappointed as I used to always go to the Keller location and it was loaded with toppings and the staff was so friendly. Won’t be going back as it looks like this place has changed and trying to cut down on how much give you. (But raise the prices)

This location doesn't offer everything that other locations do.girl working today rolled her eyes when I asked her for something so simple.

So I tried this place twice. The first time I came the line got extremely long, and it was only one worker which she wasn’t experienced.
I just tried to give this place another try. I walked in and no one is in the front. I call out to see if I would get any response and even waited around for like 5 mins. No one came and I walked out. Just terrible.

Came in this morning and the guy who helped was super sweet! Very polite and got my order perfect! He definitely went the extra mile in making sure my drink and my co workers was done right!

Edit: thanks for forgetting half of my entire order that only had two items to begin with. Too bad I can’t have them actually deliver the right thing and I have to wait a whole week to get my money back because you couldn’t fulfill a very, very simple order.

I LOVE this place but unfortunately the bowl arrived as a soup and was completely melted (2nd or 3rd time that’s happened) Kind of defeats the purpose of having a smoothie bowl…… had to stick it back in the freezer before I could eat it which is a bit annoying. Can I suggest placing the bowl in another bowl/box filled with ice to preserve quality upon delivery? Just a thought. I also paid extra for a quicker delivery so it might be worth updating your packing techniques for delivery in the future to avoid Rush Soup.

I was treated wonderfully by Kirsten. She costom made me a smoothie with my preferences and vegan protein. It was fabulous.
