Nice apartments but gate is always open. And many stairs no thank you.

The staff is very unprofessional. It’s a very bad roach infestation, they don’t treat for roaches, maintenance doesn’t respond when you put in a request. They don’t answer the phone. I just can’t wait to move, I will not renew my lease!

Where to start with Investors & Rush Creek… I simply do not like the fact that they all will play with your intelligence. This property has a roach infestation, has had one for years. The office staff & mgmt company will make it seem like it’s you. The treatments aren’t working, they refuse to pay for extensive treatments which are needed.
Also, being told that your duplicate work orders are deleted because they have [received, reviewed, and not completed the 1st work order]. Duplicates are entered when maintenance doesn’t show within a timely manner - to notify office staff that ‘hey this is an ongoing issue or has not been resolved’ - I have been considering suing this company for their lack of care, empathy and inability to handle all responsibilities.
Once you’ve reached your boiling point and contact Code Compliance, instead of addressing the issue and moving forward, they want to say how you should reach out to them (again) instead of calling code. It’s pathetic, fraudulent documentation at its finest.
It’s supposed to be affordable, well my electric bill isn’t due to foundation issues & their lack of care or knowledge in completing make ready’s. They need to revamp, find new staff or something. It’s so bad that I have been reaching out to new companies, politicians and anyone who will listen. Please do better

It's full of trash it stinks over here one time this girl was so rude she was a little kid we went to the same school then we went to the same apartment so we was playing with each other then she became my enemy she was hitting me in she pushed me in at the sleep over she hitting me her brother was hitting me her cosin was rude

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in! I was so happy and relieved after we moved to a house! There was so many shootings and one murder. There was also this boy that would always throw a rock at my grandma’s window. That boy stole from my cousin, and would always mess with us. He once stole my brothers scooter. He stole money from my cousin. He tried to hurt my aunt

I send multiple emails about roaches and my unfinished apartment that I’m living in after a pipe bursting. Only time they respond is when it has something to do with rent money. I can be honest I might not pay full rent on time but it always paid in full before the 3rd week is out. I still don’t deserve to be ignored. I don’t deserve to be uncomfortable in the unit I pay for. Things are better this year and rent will be on time. Will they then listen to us? The first two times I asked for for pest control they said oh yea someone will be there. Nothing! Then they asked me was I sure. I work from home! My mom is home with my son! Yes I’m sure. After that no more response on the pest control. I hate it here who is corporate? Who else can I reach out to?
