They absolutely Rock pulled in at 10: 30 last night and Colton took care of me and gave me the lay of the land. My ambient temp sensor was actually missing off of a new truck reassignment and I was stuck with the opti idle not functioning properly so the truck wouldn’t stay running in 100 degree weather. Colton personally dropped me off at the recommended nearby hotel. When I awoke at 8: 30 am to call and check on my Pete it was already Completed and they found a air leak and was already repaired! True example of Plus One Customer Service! RUSH ROCKS!

Very poor service. One customer cut line in front of me and nothing was said. Workers walking all around but only one stayed at the counter.

Top of the Line service with Travis our salesperson. Straight shooters out here and easy to deal with. We bought 9 trucks.

Rush treated me fair and bent over backwards. Call diane with sales at rush truck center dallas @ 512 loop. She is a vetran there, knows her stuff and will take the time you need to make a good decision. Ryan who handles financing works hard to get you the best deal available.
I was skeptical at every turn (its my nature) and they answered every question and got me everything i wanted and needed. I will be a repeat customer.

Over all good experience with Rush Peterbilt in Irvine. Nathan Kazmierczak and I worked closely on every detail of the spec which he was very familiar with. For my application I got exactly what I asking for! Finance with Paccar was easy and in the end I have a smile on my face everyday I drive my sweet Pete!
Hats off to PTI for going above and beyond with my deer bumper I shipped in.

Slow & Unprofessional parts counter staff, didnt even want to check out service after reading reviews.

I wouldn't come back here if it was the last place in the world. Very unprofessional. First, They said it would be 3 days before it gets in the shop. It took over a week. Next, after being in the shop for 5 weeks and $30,000+ later. Truck is not fixed. Don't waste the time or money coming to this place. If I find a way to sue they asses, it will be done.

Rush truck is the biggest crook in the trucking business. Had truck in body shop for 29 days in Jacksonville for wreck concerning my def system, wasn’t hooked up properly, the body work looks like my truck has totaled, complained to peterbilt to get something done and they had the idea the Irving store would do better and make it right. Took it to Rayford Burk who said he’d have it for 2 days, 10 days later I pick it up with a large bill and it broke down on me that night. I called in and they said they could send someone to jump it after the 5th call, because no one answers the phone, had to call parts 3 times to get someone to call me back, jump was all that they could do, I got truck running with a roadside mechanic I paid 300 dollars and broke down again the next day frying my electrical system due to them leaving bare wires in my battery box.
Only you the American truck driver can help put these people in a position to be where they are today screwing OO like they have done me. They won’t even return my phone calls

Will tell everyone I know to never come to your store or shops. Your cutting other trucks in line Ben here for a week for a u joint. Will never come back

Great place don't know about the service department. Just stopped at the parts center. But they all are willing to help you out.

I was in and out very quickly without spending a small fortune! Cashier lady was one of the most friendly people I have ever met.

Been i shop 4 days. Long wait but they updated me every day and detailed every updated. Dpf system pump heads they had parts available and installed parts same day.

Billion dollar company! I don't know they can't afford more employees! Always short staff! Free advise don't go after 5 pm unless willing to wait 2 hours in line!

Four stars for getting us in timely!
Two stars for telling us we'll be next in line in an emergency service and not getting starting for two days with "six" in front of us. Called us two more days later informing us it's completed, then upon arrival we're told they still have to reinstall the dash, three hours later were still sitting here.
Cool truck center with good gifts and parts though! Nice trucks too!

AT times there can be a long wait and sometimes they say the part is there and it isn't. Nothing against the employee's but not very knowledgeable after hours

Call for 21 minutes parts deparment from 7: 17pm thru 7: 38pm. 23 time. But no one answered. If I could put zero star I would put it
