Best Margherita pizza I had ever tried, unfortunately service is very bad, looks like is abandoned and service is just for to go.order and pick up the food is the best you can doit

This is $3 worth of chicken added to my meal. I ordered take out so I didn’t see till I got home. I called and explained to the manager and he said yep that’s how much it it and that’s the right serving. They are rude and the food isn’t great. Only come here when out other pasta place is closed.

The pizza is pricey, but honestly very delicious. I had the vegetarian pizza. It's about a 15 minute wait. Pizza came out hot and fresh tasting.

First, let me start that we traveled from out of state, we have always gotten Russo’s and never had a problem, this time around, complete opposite…. My sister placed an order online to go, since it didn’t have the option to order for dine in, when we got there, the manager asked if we were eating there which we replied to yes, we let the waitress know we ordered online but were eating there and also ordered drinks, she went to go check on our order which she said if we ordered at the right place, she left again and a little later, the manager handed us the pizza, thanked us and left. We sat there and waited for the waitress to bring us plates and our drinks… she avoided us and never came to check on us, a Hispanic lady, and then another girl with glasses, came to the table in front of us, and I believe the couple eating let her know we were needing plates because she asked us if we needed plates and told her yes that we had asked the other waitress for plates and drinks, she then said “oh, they are washing plates right now” and she left, the other waitress went to a table near us and provided them with proper plates, left again, and after a while, the girl with the glasses came back with styrofoam plates and literally just placed them on the table and immediately turned to people that just walked through the door asking if they were eating there…. All while my sister was trying to ask for our drinks and she completely disregarded her…. The rudest. Customer. Service. Ever. Never again would we eat there again. And we grabbed our pizza and left.

Food, service, atmosphere was on point. Been here several times throughout the years and have never been disappointed.

Best pizza in West Harris County. When ordering to go, make sure you ALWAYS check it before you leave. There needs to be a Quality Control step added to the entire process to catch mistakes. There is nothing like getting home and the order is wrong. Does it take away from how good the food is? NOT AT ALL!

This place was surprisingly not worth the while. For starters, I ordered a house salad and the lettuce had a very strong rancid, sour flavor indicating it shouldn’t even be served. The pizza came in a timely manner and the presentation was okay. New York pizza is a thin fine foldable crust with some delicious grease. And this was not it. Excessive grease that sat on top off the pizza and uncomfortable to savor once in your mouth. Not coming back. I’ve had better pizza at smaller businesses. The breadsticks with cheese definitely took my attention from the pizza. Even though they had some burned parts on the sides. Thank you for the experience.

The staff was super super friendly and attentively.

Good BIG pizza, nice atmosphere, slow service. We waited forever for a check and no on came and gave it to us. Eventually we went and asked for it so we could go home.

The food itself is amazing. I've gotten two pizzas from here so far and have not been disappointed. However, the actual wait staff leave something to be desired

After ordering for years, they have decided not to deliver to our location anymore. Less than 5 miles

I typically order the calzones, which are pretty amazing, but decided to try the baked Ziti. Very, very good. Next time I go, deciding what to get will be hard. So many good options.

It is one of our favorite restaurants to eat pizza. You should visit this place, service is very nice and friendly.

We ate pizza there last night, and as always, the atmosphere is amazing. The ingredients tasted very fresh and homemade. And absolutely wonderful place to go.
