Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen, Spring TX

This location is my favorite! The people who work here are very special. I order online as much as I can. The cook's are fantastic, the young man who answers the phone is Really a great young man, he's always friendly and very helpful! The delivery people are the best! DEFINITELY a 5 Star! God Bless you all!

Excellent service and a great slice of pizza with a salad or soup for less than $10. The taste was awesome

1) Service was great. Every server was very attentive. The manager Greg came and checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Very nice and polite. Our server Mike was also amazing. Very professional, personal, and friendly. 2) Food was very delicious. Have some local beers on tap.

The side salad was good, fresh and variety of greens.
The pizza was another story, the crust was tough, burned on bottom, and overall flavor bland. Not worth the prices they charge.
Service was great though

Best pizza I have ever eaten. Casual atmosphere. Yes, they have wine. And other items on the menu. I've never gotten past the pizza.

This place is so good. Needs more credit as one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Love their Pizza

First time at this location. Very professional servers. The Greek Salad was very good. The large slice was not burned eventhough they are par baked. Most Russos burn the slice when placed back in the oven but not here. The ice tea was fresh and so were the lemons. I would have given five stars but the lunch specials are not on a wall or menu. The olive oil with garlic and seasonings was great. The bread was soft and fresh without any being old, stale and hard or even burnt. I will definitely come back.

I stopped in today to try Russo's for the first time. Brooke welcomed me to the store and promptly sat me at a table. I didn't want anything heavy, so I ordered their traditional Calzone.

The Calzone came out hot and fresh! It was a little greasy, but it didn't detract from the flavor. The meats were large and the mozzarella was wonderfully soft. Brooke checked in on me often even though there were a lot of diners; my drink never reached empty the entire time I was here. The bathrooms were clean as well!

This is a great chain that sets a perfect example of what to expect. Attentive servers, great food, and clean facilities. Definitely plan to return in the future!

My mom received something on her plate that was completely inedible. What was was supposed to be a meatball (and the waiter insisted it was beef) but looked more like like a gray ball of a questionable substance or like ground up mystery meat. She asked for the fettuccine Alfredo instead and she said it was tasteless and lacked salt and flavor.so I try it and it was high key the worst take on the classic dish I've ever eaten. Honestly super disappointed with the Italian Cream Cake.didn't taste fresh and was more of a tiramisu. A traditional Italian Cream Cake has coconut and pecans, this unfortunately did not.just a strong coffee taste. DO NOT SAY IT IS ITALIAN CREAM CAKE IF IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THAT.

We like the atmosphere and the food is fresh. It is is not the cheapest pizza place around but you do get what you pay for!

Amazing staff and excellent pizza. My second time going I got a Stromboli and it was epic in its awesomeness!

Best Russo's we've been to. Glitch with service tonight. They had a server walk out right in the dinner rush. The other servers worked well together and kept things going. Everything we ordered (a lot) was perfect. So glad to have a Russo's closer to us.

I can't believe that I have never been here before now! The pizza was so good and hot and the crust was unbelievable! I also had a bowl of minestrone amd it was soooo Yummy! Bowls are BIG size btw beware! All around great pizza place!

Not worth the money.we gave $38 for 1 soda 2 slices of pizza and one order of cheese raviolis The raviolis were cold and the sauce was under cooked And it just had no flavor. And the pizza is not worth $9 dollars a slice For that kind of money I could have Fed a small army at Little Caesars And it would it taste better

Incredible service! I dropped my fork, and they noticed immediately and ran over with a new fork. I was so impressed.
