Rusty Wallis Volkswagen, Garland TX

I drive from Plano for Rusty Wallis VW to take care of my Passat. The staff is honest and friendly! The only issue, for me, is the waiting area is not tidy. The chairs need to be wiped down, especially the seats.

It would be great if I could get in a word edgewise before the service advisor runs away. I wanted to give a heads up on a tpms sensor that wouldn't sync - and ask about an estimate for replacing a fuel filter, but he was making a bee-line to his station in the middle of my sentence.
I understand the labor shortage but it wasn't very busy so I hoped for more than a "wham bam thank you ma'am" treatment. I appreciate the wash. Also, your printer is out of ink - my MPI packet is black and yellow. I miss Kirks McCoy!

Took my Jetta Hybrid in for a wheel swap and multipoint after a long trip, and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work done. I greatly appreciate the MPI printout - along with the blissfully automatic courtesy wash, it's a luxury I wasn't accustomed to. And as a VW enthusiast with a brief advising stint under my belt, I can definitely say that communication is a strong point here. The showroom is awesome, and Kirks is seriously the best! Wouldn't trust anyone else more to take great care of my VWs.

The service was excellent. I always have them perform all of the maintenance, oil changes, etc. I know it’s being done right. The dealership is small enough to give great service as opposed to larger dealerships that are impersonal and only care about their numbers.

If you’re looking for a car, used or new, this is the place to go. I had been looking at cars for the past month and had bad experiences with other dealerships along the way. Until I came to Rusty Wallis VW. I met with Marcel and talked about the cars I were interested in. He made everything smooth and straightforward. He was super helpful and everyone else who were involved.

Your sales person Marcel was extremely attentive to everything I wanted on my new vehicle. Courteous from the beginning to end of the entire buying process. Very happy with my experience with him

Came in for an oil change without an appointment and the service rep got me taken care of right away and the first shuttle back home. They kept me updated of any issues they found and when the service was complete. After picking up the car that afternoon and leaving, I returned later for help changing a light bulb. And another service rep helped me to change the bulb after I broke off the tab trying to change it myself. Great effort by both reps and I'll be sure to be back in the future. Thank you.

I have been coming there for years, and this visit was by far the best, and it started from the time I pulled into the service center. Ryley was pleasant, courteous, and made a wonderful, great first impression.

The entire service team are great to work with it Volkswagen in Garland.
Especially the new Service Manager Rachel and the gentleman is service by the name of Ted!

Moral of the story, don’t go to Brandon Tomes VW for anything. Go to Rusty Wallis.
I have had nothing but problems with Brandon Tomes VW in McKinney Texas.worst car buying experience ever and the worst service people ever. I came to Rusty Wallis to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. The service department was superior to that of Brandon Tomes. Robert was excellent and made sure my issue was fixed. Unlike McKinney where they just sent me away. I will make Rusty Wallis my home for all service and buying needs from now on.

Service was excellent. Staff was friendly offered a beverage. Checked in to see if I was okay if needed anything while vehicle was being serviced. Everyone had a smile. Nice work environment.

Staff was rude and unwilling to communicate. Receptionist gave an extremely bad condescending vibe. So sad to be apart of the Rusty Wallis chain

They are so professional and my car was returned very clean along with the repair, which was done under estimated wait time given and repaired correctly.

Enjoyed the experience - professional service - easy express service - worked in clean waiting room while I worked - purchased some VW drive gear from their nice little store - car was detailed - overall great experience - good value will be back
