18I'm a bit of a foodie, and I have to rate this in my top 5 restaurants I have eaten at. The food is excellent but a bit pricey for what you get. Service is top notch, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. The Creme Brule is a must for desert.
Jarvis, Micheal, and Louise served us and the food was fantastic along with service and everything else.
Food was exceptional, drink menu was creative and had a good variety. Service was attentive and timely. Fantastic experience.
2 steaks from our table of 9 were not cooked accordingly, my wife's was over cooked and the other not cooked all the way as our 14 year old had requested. We had to send them back, and they were not ready til the rest of us had already finished our meals, and they had already filled up on sides while waiting. Also need to mention they forgot about our salads, til we were all pretty much done with our meals. Not a great experience, especially for how they claim to be the best steak house, and the excessive cost to dine there. I thought the service and order accuracy would be superior to other restaurants, but obviously not.
I took my wife here for our anniversary the other day we had a poor experience. My wife wasnt happy first off they brought us the wrong streaks she is pregnant ordered medium well butterflied fillet they brought her medium rare not butterflied had to send back the second te butterflied came out medium the 3rd time was good. I ordered the tbone they brought me a ribeye. Overall she wasnt happy and ruined our anniversary dinner she doesn't want to go back anymore because of this! $307 wasted
We had an amazing experience tonight celebrating father’s day. The food was really tasty and the drinks too! Thanks to Jarvis, Michael and Austin
The service was not very good. We had to go to the bar to get our own refills. Our expensive steaks were cooked wrong. My husband's steak had a very burnt crunchy sear. I had the two petite filet plate, one of my steaks was well done, one was rare. We both ordered medium cooked. Our whole experience took almost 2 hours and there were only 2 of us and they weren't that busy when we got there. I was extremely disappointed overall. We paid our bill in full, still tipped our server, but will not return if we ever come back to San Antonio.

3.5 hours to eat, steak was over cooked, wedge salad was old, out of stuffed mushrooms. Very disappointed, took Boss for retirement dinner, he was disappointed, to say the least.
Food was great but the service was horrendous. Took an hour and a half to get our food. Drinks were rarely refilled. Waiter wasnt really present. The menu i received didnt even have pricing on it. Every dish was just bathed in butter. It took another hour and a half just to get our checks. When it came to the checks the waiter didnt even separate them properly. Definitely not worth the outrageous pricing.
Disappointed. Ordered the Porterhouse for 2 around 9: 30pm last night. Asked for the steak to be cooked medium, but it came out completely rare. Luckily, I was staying at the hotel above and they were are able to resear the steak. Unfortunately, a Walmart steak I cooked myself would have been better.
The fiance swears she has never had such a poor experience with food from Ruth's Chris, but after spending $240 for the food last night, I will never spend my own money there again. Next time, I would recommend telling the customer that the kitchen is closed instead of taking $240 and delivering an Applebee's quality meal.
We didn’t have a reservation but they made room for us which was very nice. Jarvis was awesome. Made us feel welcome, made great recommendations, and shared a little history some great information on the area.
We had a bad experience. The server Luis was rude.kept trying to change my order and would not pay attention to our requests.unacceptable in a restaurant on that price range.to expensive for the experience.

Austin, Jarvis, Michael & Louis served us this evening. Everything came out wonderful & we were very happy with the food. Steak & Lobster was to die for. Can’t wait to come back.
Recently, while in town for business, my co-worker and I tried RC’s Happy Hour, and we are so glad we did! The food, drinks, and service were amazing! Our server, Aleeza, was very helpful and attentive, and our outstanding bartender, Johnny, (who is very charming and charismatic!) was great, and made for a really fun evening. The manager, Akeem, stopped by our table, which we appreciated. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this Riverwalk location to others!
Jarvis Michael Luis was a fantastic and friendly waiter. I would come back just to hang out with him.
We visited Ruth Chris for a very special occasion. We sat at the bar because this is what we normally do at most restaurants. The service was absolutely terrible. No one waited on us for 15 minutes. It took forever to get our drinks and when we ordered a second round, we never got them. There was also a couple at the bar with their very small toddler. This should not be allowed.
