3Had an appointment for 10am. Didn't leave until 4: 58pm. Upon making my appointment I told the lady it was 3 people. When we arrive at the shop at 10: 00 no one was there. She arrived at 10: 05 and she was alone. She didn't ask any questions just started doing my hair. I had to tell her that we're getting highlights and color. She took a lunch break and everything meanwhile me and my children were sitting there hungry in the process of getting our hair done so I couldn't leave to get us anything. I highly do not recommend. It seems as if she only has regulars anyway and this may be a major reason why. Save your money and go where it's appreciated.
I love going to this establishment. Always clean and atmosphere is nice. Soraya does my hair. She's always pleasant.
The lady was by herself doing 4 heads at once.her friend came in with another worker and she started talking about my hair in Spanish with her friend telling me myself beautiful like I didn't understand smh.never going back
