RV Masters reviews
17Staff is courteous, responsive and fair on pricing. Add to that the lobby area is clean and organized. Thank you John B and Shawn for all your help with our Airstream!
I cannot say enough nice things about RV Masters they have went above and beyond my expectations. I have a vintage Airstream motorhome and their help on such a rare vehicle was phenomenal. They're polished job on my 36-year-old Airstream made it look practically new
Small RV service center with a very bright future. Techs are well equipped, including being able to provide airstream service requiring panel removal. Met with owner and service manager, felt comfortable enough for some of my future business, have already sent a couple people their way. If you have a non-warranty issue, drag your coach here. Special consideration for black tank & plumbing - be sure to call ahead and get details.
Very nice spacious setup, clean waiting area. They also store RV's! The owner was in and very accommodating. Also found out they will do a complete remodel of an RV. I'm excited.
John in the Parts department worked with my brother to make sure he got the right mirror for his RV which had fallen off during a road trip. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help. THANK YOU JOHN!
Been using this place to take motorhome for repair. It is a little slow now but have used them for multiple issues.
I dealt with Richard Ried and he was the most patient and worked with me with no hesitation to help as soon as possible. He never once said no. This is definitely five star quality treatment!
Very accommodating to us as full-time RVers. Went above and beyond to diagnose a battery/electrical gremlin, and address multiple issues in our RV. Professional work with integrity. Would give them 5 stars except no one in the company wears masks for Covid.
Parts guy is a Rock Star. Always helpful, offers options and he actually listens. Very highly recommended.
Great place to go when you need professional help for your RV. Checkin was effortless and covered everything that needed addressing. Not worried that unnecessary work will be "required" like at some other places. John and Steve are true professionals.
Finally found a place to work on my fifth wheel that did a great job and I feel very satisfied with their excellent service!
Very knowledgeable and forthright about the length of time for repairs. They work with your insurance so you don't have to.
They were very helpful, stayed open a little late for me. They also had a lot of inventory for RV parts, which we know are sometimes hard to find. So I will for sure be going back and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. I love at there website or call to verify if they have you part. The lady that answered said the computer said she had 8 in stock but ask me if I minded holding and went and physically put her hand on it before I drove there. I thought that was awesome! She went out of the way for me, not knowing me at all. It was great. Good business practices!
Today, I had a great experience dropping my RV off at the shop. RV Masters In Houston. It’s a blessing to see kind people with good character. I walked just before they started the shift 8 a.m. And they were praying to start the day. I know, that something was different with this group on the phone. John the part man, e-mail information after hours and call back the next day. (going the extra mile) Now I must say “ I am NOT use to having service like this! ” I purchased my RV at Holiday World with 3 years extended contract. I told my wife maybe I will keep the RV. Proverbs 28: 6 Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a RICH man who is crooked in his way. Lloyd Brown
PROS: On time, follows up as they promise, quality repairs.
CONS: You have to own an RV dealership to afford their sky high prices.
Over priced on their service in addition they rejected to my mail I will not go second time
