Rv Park (MTZ Rv Park), Uvalde TX

This is a quite park. The gated area is great for our dog. She is able to run and play without bothering anyone. The owner and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nice playground area for the kids

I had a great time at MTZ RV Park! It's pet-friendly, with big gated spots that gave my pet and me lots of space. The clean laundry room and showers made everything even better. I highly recommend

We are thoroughly enjoying our time at this park. The staff goes above and beyond to answer any questions we have had especially Dustin and I’ve asked several being new to RV life. It is extremely quiet and we love that we have a little gated yard just for us. Oh and the wildlife ranch behind us sure gives some beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend this park to anyone looking!

Dustin M.went above & beyond for me while staying here. Was out of town for work and had packages coming in. He took care of it for me and was very sweet checking on my fur baby too. Definitely a must for an RV stay!

My family and I stayed almost 2 weeks, in one of the gated spaces and that made it nice for our dog. It was quiet and just outside of town. Our only complaint is we wish the Wi-Fi would’ve been better. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff tonight at the MTZ were great and most courteous in our ventures. Thank you for your hospitality.

Not to my expectations. Bathroom was not the cleanest & I didn’t use it. It was hard to find a level gravel pad. The price for one night stay was way too much.

Best place in Uvalde Texas to charge your Tesla. No super charger for 60 miles.
Hopefully someday in uvalde Texas.

Second time I stay at the MTZ rv park. Great people great sites. They'll pick up your phone call and answer any questions you may have. Very close to town but still feels like your in the country. Gated sites and pull through sites laundry and showers on site as well. Easy to get into the park with big rigs.
Thank you staff for making our stay a great one. I will continue to choose y'all on our next visits.

I loved this RV park. We have been coming here for years. Has everything we need and is pretty close to San Antonio so it's perfect.

Great stop for us on our way across TX. Had everything we needed. Fenced in space was a major plus with 2 dogs able to be off leash safely. Mr. Alvarez the on site manager was exteremly helpful and friendly when we had a few questions. The owner was also very helpful over the phone. Would stay again if in the area.

My family and I stayed at MTZ RV park for a few months. The owner, Dustin, was easy to work with and made our Long term process very simple. There's gated spots which allowed us to keep our dog out without having to have him leashed the entire time. Mike, the property manager, is beyond helpful. Any questions we had or assistance we needed he was always just a phone call away. The laundry room had multiple washers and dryers (4&4 I believe) and reasonably priced. Our experience overall was pleasant and we would definitely return if ever in the area again.

CAMPER BEWARE! First, the manager who was on site when we arrived was very nice and helpful but not in control of the overall situation here. This park is probably great if you are looking for an extended stay with a big fenced, private yard for your dog (s) and RV. However, we were just passing through and needed a one night stay. The overnight fee was $45. The only way to pay with a credit card was to text a picture of both sides of the card to the owner, so we paid cash. All but one site was 50 amp only, and the one 30 amp site was severely downhill making it impossible to level our motor home. We then purchased an $11 adapter (in 40 years of RVing we have never needed one before as every park we have ever been in has both 30 and 50 amp sites). There were a few sites next to the laundry building but they had low-hanging wires, and the hook-ups were oddly placed. The manager said we could back into one of the fenced sites, which were level, but muddy, but when we hooked up the electrical with our $11 adapter, there was no power and no circuit breaker, so we moved again to one of the pull through 50 amp sites, barely got level, and stayed the night. Adding to my original review, I'm sorry to see that the owner finds it appropriate to be so vulgar and vicious when all I have done is describe our experience. For the record, I complimented the on site manager above. I never called the owner to use my credit card, and there is no possibility for a refund since he doesn't have my card. And if nobody in Uvalde accepts overnight campers, why did this business allow us to stay?

The park owner is so very kind and easy to work with, he takes pride in making you feel welcome and comfortable. Again so so easy to work with and makes ot enjoyable, will definely come back one day for work again, one of the most unique rv parks we've seen traveling for work, the gated sites for our dogs just is wow, if you ever find urself in the area give this place a try. Thank you so much for everything
