An Update. After staying in this place for a while a lot of things start to change. Mostly noticing a rude attitude of new people in the office. Granma nice old woman still here however the place it's been run by new folks who is taking a different approach -more money for everything. The rate for a space gone up 2 times in the last year.

Nice park with good pull thru sites and very clean facilities. Will stay when in the area.

We would definitely love to stay here again when visiting our daughter. Location is great and staff is super friendly. Facilities are top notch.

Great location. Good prices on lot rentals. Clean showers and nice little onsite laundry sites. The roads inside are a bit narrow, if you have issues pulling your trailer may want to ask for either a pull through space or one of the sites furthest from the front.

My husband and I had stayed here at this RV Park for sometime for his job, and we didn't appreciate how much we had to pay just for a Monthly Rate and on top of that you have to pay for Electricty seperately, that is ridiculous. My husband and I were very disappointed in this RV Park and some of the people that were around us were NOT quiet during the Quiet Times when they should have been. This RV Park is off our list for good, I believe we are not going to be returning to this one at all.

Very quiet extremely nice neighbors more than helpful people the front office staff I love Debbie. She goes out of her way to help and answer any questions that I have. The maintenance man Juan You couldn’t ask for somebody better. He’s always fast and right there to help out with whatever the need might be.

Great place too stay. We stay here every time we are better. People in office are really nice. The adult section is nice. Laundry room clean.

I can’t speak for many RV parks. However this one I can. It is so peaceful and quiet. My father lives on the side with no children and it’s as chill as can be theee. I enjoy taking my old bread over and feeding the ducks and turtles and minnows in the pond. One day he and I watched a ginormous turtle just trucking along headed to the pond. When we walked closer to him, he got mad and turned and went the long way around going back and going’ down another road. That’s one smart turtle who doesn’t like the paparazzi.

Resident for 6 months now…for the most part pretty quiet park, basic amenities, nothing fancy…reasonable prices compared to others

Amazing place to live and the price is awesome I love it here great people good pools, pond small park for kids washers and dryers and showers are always clean and amazing

I'm a little bit reluctant to give them a good review just out of selfishness. This place is great. Staff is super friendly. I would think you could figure how good this place is by the large number of permanent residents that are here. Several have been here in excess of 5 years. Who knows, I may just end up being one of them.

Have been here since the 4th of July 2021. Its very quiet in the adult section. The office staff are very nice. It is well maintained. I feel it is very secure. Just a couple of miles from Family Dollar, Dollar General, Mr. Jim's pizza, Sonic and Subway. I would recommend it.

Nice place well kept very clean not noisy they cut your yard it's in with the rent lots of work people or older people no trouble my parents stay there I go visit them quite often had no worries with them staying there there's even video cameras that record 24/7 but they monitor during the day but can check if something does happen highly recommend

Spots are inconsistently small and can hardly fit one dually, so it’s cramped if you even have any other kind of vehicle as well.
My truck was also hit by another camper driving by so that evening I pulled it up as close as I could to avoid any other collision then was prompted to move my truck off the grass.
Was told I can’t play fetch with my dogs in their open grass area. Told me it needs to stop and dog has to be on a leash as soon as I leave my camper. But there are kids running up and down the roads by themselves to and from campers.
Told them o would leave after I pre paid for a month and they said that’s fine but would not refund me. So staying until my months up then will NEVER be back.

We have lived here in spot 121 for a couple weeks now. Everyone that I have dealt with have been so nice. It is clean and quiet. The movie rentals, pizza and tanning salon are really nice. I would highly recommend!

These people stole from my entire caravan. Charges were made to several of our accounts, and after several calls, and threatening to call banks and the BBB, only SOME of the charges were credited back. The older woman at the front desk made excuse after excuse and hung up on me more than once. I don't know how many people have been ripped off and stolen from, but we will NEVER be staying in this park again.

We have lived here for over a yr and this place is great always clean and very well priced
