Service plan is garbage. Took my truck all day and didn't fix anything. Hate this plan and I paid for the highest levels. For a simple oil change they take the vehicle all day and they don't cover anything with the plan. They don't explain anything clearly, they work slow, they don't cover anything with their plans and I'd never buy a car or service a car here!
State inspection, Oil change, rotate ties, 12,00 mile checkup, wash & wax. All done quickly and very competently. Friendly and considerate service advisor.
I am writing this today to voice my concerns about the changes that have occurred from my last few visits. To be honest, ever since Julian the assistant manager left your service department it has never been the same. First, I brought you all my focus wanting to address the slipping clutch. You all said you could handle it, and that never happened. The car sat for a week, and then you all said you didn't want to work on the car. When I asked to have the wipers changed under warranty, you all decided to do an oil change without my permission in addition to the wipers being changed. Now I know Ford paid for the oil change, but that wasn't authorized by me. You all did say well we can give you another oil change for the inconvenience, but that still doesn't fix the issue I never gave you authorization to do that work on my car. I called you all to ask for a quote to replace my Brembo caliper on my focus. You all say that you can't get that caliper after all. Every Ford dealership I've called looking for a quote on this service can get the caliper & hardware with a price on the labor. If someone with a focus rs comes in, are you all going to say the same thing? We can't get a factory Brembo caliper? I don't ask for a lot when it comes to having my car serviced, but these experiences will make me never return to your dealership. It's a shame, because I did think for a long time that you all were the best Ford dealership in the area.
Terrible service. Brand new expedition with 100 miles on it has an issue and the best they could offer was to drop it off and they will get to it in a few days and they have no loaner vehicles available. Absolutely terrible customer service for a brand new vehicle that already has an issue.
Update: I received a call from the service manager, Eric Watts, after I made this review. He was rude and essentially told me to pound sand because I did not purchase the vehicle from Ryan Ford. I purchased the vehicle from Appel Ford in Brenham because they were the only dealer in the area that had the vehicle we wanted. I would expect to receive good customer service from any ford dealer for a new vehicle under warranty, but apparently that’s not the case. I highly recommend avoiding this dealer. Terrible customer service

Just bought a Class C Motorhome with a Ford Chassis over a month ago. There are only 2 Ford dealers I found in the Houston area that works on motorhomes, one of them had a next available appointment in November and luckily Ryan Ford takes walk-ins. After a trip to Tennessee and having a mechanics shop work on it while up there, I continued to have misfires in the ignition coils that were supposedly replaced/fixed. I brought our RV into Ryan Ford and they were able to take a look at it the next day, even though they said it would take 2-3 days before someone could look at it. It was a great surprise to hear from the service rep Roy Schaff and being updated the next day. Roy kept me updated twice a day while the RV was being diagnosed and until it was fixed. It was truly a refreshing amazing experience I had with the service dept. Normally in the past I would have to chase people down via telephone with multiple calls to try to get any updates on my vehicles when I take them to dealers for service. I highly recommend their service department, they are fast and proficient. Thank you to the mechanic that diagnosed/fixed our RV and Roy Schaff for making sure our experience went smoothly.
If your looking for customer loyalty and dependability do not come to Ryan Ford. Service department doesn't know how to communicate and follow-up on repeated customer calls or questions. Lied and said car was in shop, all along it was found by myself a week later still sitting outside. After car was repaired the sales team made little effort to offer us a decent price to buy back the car. Totally dissatisfied do not recommend this dealership.
Had a great experience with Ryan Ford concerning my Ford Expedition transmission leak and a tire needing replacement. They kept me informed on the service needs and got the repair done quickly! High recommend this dealer!
Was a bit worried about not being able to make an appointment but oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner.

A couple months ago i brought my truck here for an oil change. The tech lost my key and i had to wait an extra day to get my truck back. They promised to replace the key and that still has not happened. Called again today was rudely told by service employee that he was not capable of what i was asking at the time and told me he would call back. It is the end of the day and still have not heard back. Terrible service will never come to this place again.
Ryan Ford and Coach Rios was amazing during the process of buying our Ford Maverick from ordering to delivery!
