I have been with company for a while. My agent Andrea, is a trooper, she is available most of the time when I call if not she will call back. She shows interest and follows through. I would recommend this State Farm office and Andrea as the agent.

This State Farm agency is the best by far. They really take pride in what it is that they do and they really do live by their motto of always being there to help life go right. My agent Andrea really makes me feel personable as she has giving me her personal number in case I need to reach her at any day or night. Whenever I have questions or concerns; I can always count on receiving an answer or getting any issue I have rectified immediately. From the very first month with this agency there has been problem after problem, we renewed and regretted it immediately. I've dealt with at least 5 different employees there, never the actual agent, and all have been lacking in communication, knowledge and customer service. When I expressed my concerns I was blown off and never offered more than an insincere half apology for their mistakes. I'd rather pay a little more for a policy with another company to have some peace of mind than deal with the incompetence of the staff at this agency. To be clear, the problem hasn't been with State Farm directly, but with this agency in particular. Save yourself the headache and find another agency!
