Got my nails done not even a week ago and they are lifting at the base tried calling but they do not even have an updated phone number to reach them. Cheap yes but poor quality

I got gel on my nails n the gel is coming off hasn't been 2 days this the second time never again

Nails don’t last past the day they are done…. & they don’t care when you tell them about the issue…. Stop spending money with these people.

I got my nails done this past Sunday 10/01 and paid $40 for short dipping powder. On 10/7 one of my nails came off and by the time it happened the salon was closed, so I went Monday to get it fixed and paid to get it done. But for more nails to fall off the next day I was pretty upset because it didn’t last at least two weeks and when I called to advised they said they would have to charge me since it’s past three days. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to get my nails done after this experience. I’m not the type of person to complain but I know I want my moneys worth when it comes for a service.

Horrible service and prices are extremely high. The new manager is very rude. He treated customers like trash. Had been coming here for years and now with this new management and price hike I will never return. Definitely not recommended

Got a pedicure some days later the paint on my toe nail completely came off and there was a small chip on another toe, the man said to charge me $5 but I told them just to replace one of my toes the price dropped to $3 Well the nice lady fixed both my toes and charged me $3 she was nice for that but I am Never returning again it’s not the money but principal. Never been charged anywhere to get something fixed.

I went to this place based off the photos. As a nail lover I was super excited that they specialize in length and designs. But when I got here first thing I noticed was the smell. It smells so bad in here yall. Like funky feet, corn chips, cigarettes and just overall unclean smells. The staff was uneasy with its clients. My nail tech was so distracted she acted as if my feet weren't even attached. This was the worst experience I ever had. They also use dirty towels and equipment. A fight broke out between a tech and a client as well. I won't be back. This place is ghetto and nasty.

I went with a friend. She was getting her nails done. I never do. Just can't afford it. I had such a headache when we left. The smell in there was such a strong chemical it was not a pleasant time.

Worst salon experience ever. Lady left midway pedicure to do a walk in while having multiple staff members sitting around

Pedicure wasn't so bad, yet the butchered my eyebrows.won't be using them again. Way over priced

If you are Latin, it is not advisable for you to go to this place, it is the worst thing, they treat you badly and they do the job badly and they tell you a price and when you pay you they charge you another person confuses you all the time and only brunettes come there and with a bad face everything

I use to like going there the men are better than the women because I had a bad experience and I don't think I would go back. The lady did a very sloppy job.

Nails are pretty and cute here especially if you get it from Nina she is so sweet and do nails so good

They have three prices, in the end they charge the most expensive one. They must give discounts for various services. Reduce more if several clients go together

Terrible place! Very dirty! I asked for dip and she did not know how to use the dip. I wanted a pedicure but after seeing how dirty it was I chose not to.
