The company is pretty cool compared to others. The only thing is they should pay better for the work loads of working for multiple companies at once. It's would be a better company if thier contracts was with better companies.

The opportunity to be a big fish in a small pond is there. It's a sales call center and performance is key. Base pay plus unlimited commission is a plus. The environment is laid back and your experience is based in you. Most of the negative reviews are from people who were released due to poor performance. It's a call center so that means you have to take and make phone calls and it's always amazing that people are bothered that they have to do what they signed up for. If you need an opportunity to work and make decent money with minimal experience because they train you, check them out. For some it's a stepping stone and for others it's an opportunity to learn and develop!

PLEASE believe the reviews you see that aren’t 5 Stars. Those were written by Leadership and even one of them if not more are gone. IF you aren’t in an urgent need for some quick money, PLEASE take your time and look other places. This is by far, the most UNPROFESSIONAL environment I’ve EVER worked in! You’re hired for one job title yet you end up doing something that overall isn’t that (Example, hired for Sales but most of your calls are Billing or Retention) there are no real benefits because most will remain temps. Morale is ZERO and most Leadership is undeveloped, and the ones that do know what they’re doing to some degree are ran all around the office to help everyone. Never have I worked somewhere that you could wear bonnets, pants with huge rips, and house shoes, see through leggings, DuRags and Bandannas, and this includes Fast Food. The commission structure is horrible. It’s more like an Incentive and most didn’t get clarity on it until after training. Favoritism is blatant. Your complaints and concerns fall on Deaf Ears. When you’re interviewed, the impression is given that it’s professional. Good people usually don’t stay an extremely long time, and when they do, it’s usually because they’re in Survival Mode and nothing greater has come along yet. You’re built up in Training only to get out into that environment
