Saddle Creek & The Cove, Austin TX

Been here for about 3 months now.pups and I are really liking new home and making nice friends! Great community to be a part of.

Move into a dirty apartment. After given a week to clean, I didn’t move in right away.
They only paint over things. The tub for example.
Don’t make their residence pick up after their dogs.
A/C had black mold was told it was mildew but what’s the difference. They did have a service come out and “clean it” after they tried to paint inside the air vent.
Maintenance does not give a 24 hour notice on entry to your apartment.
Not a gated community after living here for a year gates didn’t work.

Upgraded units are just units with painted cabinets to grey
Countertop are lifting from the surface also has bubbles. I told them about this before I moved in as well.
Cabinet doors not even, the kitchen cabinets had a yellow tint to them.
They knew about this and did nothing to fix it.

I’ve lived in 5 different apartment complexes in Austin and saddle creek has been my favorite! The floor plans are super spacious and my dog loves having a private yard and multiple dog parks. Everyone at the front office, Isaac, Isabel, and Adria, are just the kindest and super helpful. Maintenance has been quick to fix anything too. I haven’t had a single issue here and would recommend:)

So glad I moved here. The staff and maintenance have been wonderful and attentive. There are nice amenities and fun events for singles and families. Great community atmosphere. Great location in S. Austin.

Don’t move here ur car will get towed for absolutely nothing and they don’t answer the phone.

I am in love with my new apartment. The amenities are everything you could ask for in an apartment complex. Literally everyone is extremely nice. The gym is spectacular. I actually canceled my membership at planet fitness because the gym at the apartment fulfill my workout needs. The staff is nice & easy to talk to.absolutely love it here! If a bug free, clean environment & friendly community is something your interested in this is the place to be.

We have lived at Saddlecreek for just over 2 years now, and it's probably been one of the best apartment life experiences we have had, bar none.

The office staff have always been professional, friendly, and responsive. The maintenance staff is awesome. They respond quickly to workorders, and get the job done quickly.

Neighbors are friendly, mostly quiet, and mind their own business.

We will miss living here, but it's time for a house. If you are looking for South Austin living this is a great place.

The people in the office here are great. A storm was coming through so I went to rent a covered parking spot so my car wouldn't get damaged. When they realized I just needed it for the night of the storm, they didn't charge me anything at all. They gave me a free temporary pass. They didn't have to do that at all, and it speaks volumes about the kind of people that work here. Thank y'all!

I love everything about this complex. The team is always so eager to help you, maintenance is lightening fast completing repairs, and the location is PRIME! If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is it!

My dad lived here for 6 years in a one bedroom. He actually died here. And they are trying to charge over $4,000 for move out/cleaning costs and damage that was mostly due to a pipe bursting/flooding back in 2021. We are having to take them to small claims court. Saddle Creek had someone faithfully pay rent for 6 years, never had to remodel the apartment, never even performed basic upkeep, yet they are looking to remodel the apartment and put in new fixtures all on the backs of a dead person's relatives.

I've had to deal with a lot of people after my dad's death but nobody has been more callous and money hungry than this apartment complex. Please feel free to find and message me if you have issues with this apartment complex and are considering filing in small claims court.

Been living here for years and there is a reason for that. The staff is friendly, understanding and compassionate even the maintenance crew which is rare from past experiences. They even have monthly events for us residents. They accept all dog breeds (and we have 2 very large dogs) that pass the meet and greet. Nice dog parks (3 between the two complexes) as well as a dog wash station with hot and cold water and even a vacuum with attachments to brush your dog. We have made good friends with many neighbors and even the ones we are not friends with are still very nice and polite. The staff truly cares about their residents and will do anything within their power at that particular time to ensure the residents with any issues have a great experience living here. We have never had a crime issue. The area is growing up with more businesses opening up, since it is (Way South Austin), but it is still a nice quite part of town yet not too far from anything

I am an apartment locator. Marbella helped me with two of my clients. She is an amazing leasing agent and professional. My client needed an apartment ASAP and she ran the application and he was approved the same day. My client was able to move in immediately. Likewise, she quickly provided me with all of the information I needed to submit my invoice. You can rest assured your clients are in good hands with Marbella! I recommend her 100%!

Moved in to the complex back in the summer. I was about to sign a lease for another complex till Andrea called me back letting me know not only did they find a unit on the bottom floor, they were going to install a fence in the backyard for my dog. I immediately changed my mind and decided to go with Saddle Creek. It really meant a lot to me that they called me back trying to make something more of a home for me, strikes a cord. I am super happy with my unit. Yes sometimes neighbors are loud but that isn’t on the complex. It is an older build but I knew that coming in. For how Austin is going with price and crime increasing. I feel content and cozy with my choice here and plan to stay until I move into a house. I really appreciate y’all doing your best to maintain the complex and get to everyone in a timely matter. A strong team works there and it reflects in the property. Shot out to the maintenance guys, they do a great job. Also if you have a dog, this place is ideal. Great trails and parks in the surrounding area but if you don’t feel like making a drive, the complex literally has multiple good sized dog parks.

Beautiful and clean apartments! Leasing agents are so nice and help.they walk you through every step of the application to make it an easy and stress free process! Manager Allison and maintenance are friendly and are quick to take your work orders.

I'm leaving a review for maintenance and one in particular whose name is Willy Gomez. He is a hard worker and everyday he has to tidy up the trash areas and its a big job. He drives thru the complex picking up trash from the parking lot and everywhere else.its an all day job and thankful for workers like him.

I been living here for so long and the management properties lady’s are awesome and the maintenance guys are the best crew, they so quick to fix every issue on your apartment As soon as they can!

Coming from an area that does not have apartment complexes like Austin, we were nervous and unsure on what to expect; but Saddle Creek has exceeded every expectation we had and eased every doubt that entered our mind.
The staff is phenomenal, the grounds are well kept, the amenities are like living at a resort, and the area is beautiful.
We are extremely happy, and so grateful we have found a place we can truly call home.
