Racist establishment. Do not come here. They refused to even come to my car & ask what wash I wanted. They just stood next to my car & stared at me.

Horrible people and do not accept the financial consequences of their actions. They destroyed a new 2023 vehicle paint job
I paid for a hand wash told the guy to please make sure the bucket of water was fresh. He used a dirty microfiber towel and put swirls all over the truck this is a 90,000 diesel truck, I asked for their insurance information they said they do not have any and that they would not pay for the damages so as usual you will have to take them to court and file against their property.
Stay away from these crooks they destroy vehicles

I presented their coupon to the person outside that created the ticket to take to the cashier. I took the ticket to the cashier and paid. Once in the waiting room I found that they didn't apply the coupon so I went back to the cashier. He called in the manager who proceeded to tell me "You have to show the coupon to the cashier". I told him I showed the person outside twice that I have a coupon and he didn't add it to the ticket. I said all he had to do was void the transaction and reapply the coupon. He told me "That is not the way we do business. You have to tell the cashier". How would I know that if the person outside doesn't even mention it when I show them the coupon? Obviously, the manager doesn't have a clue about good customer service. It showed in the cashier also. I said "hello, how are you? " He didn't respond and didn't look up, just rang me up.
I've lived near this carwash for 5 years and been watching the rating on Google go down. Thought I should give them another chance but not any more. Do not give them your business. It's not worth your time and energy, especially since they have raised their prices so much for a pretty basic service.

I have been coming here for years and years. Even after moving farther out into Spring 2 years ago, I still like to come here for my oil change, inspection, and car wash. I just got a new car and knew I needed to come in. Mark and his team do an excellent job and go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is looking and running great. They always let me know if anything needs to be replaced and make the process super convenient. Loyal client for life. Thank you for fast, friendly, and professional service!

I can’t speak to the oil changes, but I am so pleased with the car washes every time! Only $20 for car wash including really detailed vacuuming and windows etc. The workers work hard and I think it’s a great price!

Do not go here for State Inspection. They told me 10 min and I waited over 20 min. The two men working in the oil change place having lunch and didn't care. Went to front office and she was clueless. Horrible experience

Went for an oil change and was told if I did not want my filters and fluid checked it would be faster so I said sure. After waiting over 45 minutes and watching the guy working on my truck answer his cell phone over and over I went to the “manager” and said something about how long it was taking and he said “ we are busy” and I said not to busy for this guy to sit on his cell phone and the manager said go pay, you are done. I said what about the car wash that is included and he said nope you are done. I went in to pay and the “general manager “ came in and I told him what happened and he said I was rude and he would not talk to me. I asked him for the owners contact information and he said I don’t have to tell you anything, you need to pay and leave. Which I did, when I got in my truck I noticed oily foot prints all over the drives side carpet of my truck but the “ general manager” refused to talk to me about it or give me any information to follow up. Do NOT use this place. They are rude and when the general manager came in to talk to me he brought a few of his “crew” in with him to try and intimidate me.

Every year, I go to this site to service my car and renew the sticker. I appreciate that the person who attended me told me that with the revision, the notification letter could go HEB and there they gave me my sticker, after paying, I did that and in less than 30 min. I had the car registration renewed. Thank you, for that. I rate it that way

The oil change techs do not provide the service you ask for, they do whatever they want and still expect for you to pay for what they did, not what was asked of them to do. Be careful coming here. Nothing but dishonesty at this place.

Went there around 11 am for a car wash and asked about pricing for oil change the manager himself quoted us 65 or 75 depending on the type of oil change we wanted. We agreed to the 75, we sat in the waiting room area for are fourrunner and watch and heard a bunch of other cars called and I finally told my boyfriend something is not right we have been sitting here for more then an hour the cashier lady told him she gave someone else our ticket and had to go fix it. The machines don't even work half the time they breakdown, after everything in the end my boyfriend went to pay for the oil change since we already paid for the carwash and the cashier told him 112 for the oil change only. He argued we were told 65 or 75 and the cashier tried to tell him 112 for the oil change quietly so the manager not to hear and it was the manager who told him 65 or 75 for the oil change. Do not waste your time or money at this place. My truck is still dirty on the driver's side and they put the sticker on the winder on the driver side it's still dirty. I could have washed my truck myself and I do a better job.

Love how clean they get my car. Normal go here for a quick wash, but just recently went here for a detail-and I'm not sure it's EVER been as clean as they made it.

Waited an hour and a half for the Super Clean detail and seats were still not wiped down. Gear shift area was not cleaned or wiped down at all. Front and back exterior were still dirty and not completely wiped down. A waste of $55.

My only complaint is that they make you think that you have to buy the $50 detail, just to get your interior wiped down. Don't fall for it.
