I don't recommend Saela pest control, they charged in my account for pest control service but they never served and even after cancellation they keep on charging until i question. They just need money and they don't care whether the service is happening or not.

We were with Saela Pest Control for years in Idaho. Was so happy that when we moved to Texas they serviced here also. They are the best for price, service and customer service. Highly recommend them for so many reasons.

I was with them for about 18 months, and one technician in particular really went above and beyond the call of duty. Sadly, she's no longer with the company.

Saela has been a provider for about 2 years now. When we first signed up we had a huge problem with squirrels in our roof and they promised to take care of it. We noticed after a few months that they hadn't taken care of the problem so we called them and they stated that they didn't provide this service. I paid $500 upfront for this supposed service. They had me on a "membership" so I gave in. For the holiday, I called promptly to tell them I wouldn't be needing anyone at my house as we would be out of town. They refused to reschedule and said that they could work on the exterior which is not something I was willing to bargain. They even said, give the neighbor a key and have them be there. I didn't accept that option so the only other option was to cancel and lose 50% of my "membership fee". I took it. They do not work with customers, stay away. Look into a more reputable name, so many in the Flower Mound area.

Liked the working knowledge and look forward to execution of a sound plan. Response was quick and the technician provided the confidence that there will be resolution.

This last service the technician did a very good job. Took the time to make sure eves were cleaned well, picked out a few things of concern and was very polite.

First time we have received excellent service with Saela. Our tech, Isaiah, notified us of our visit prior to his arrival, provided a detailed report after completing the service, and he was very nice and courteous as well.

Alan was on time and courteous! When he sprayed the chemicals, he made sure it did not hit my security cameras. Covered the garage, and was careful not to scratch the car inside.

We switched about a year ago, and we love Saela. They do a great job, they are punctual and very flexible. They always go above and beyond.

I was contracted with another company when I realized their service, both pest and customer, were unimpressive and ineffective. I was still having spiders and other insects making a home in and around my home. So I switched to Edge. After the first treatment, I noticed an immediate difference. There were almost no insects but most definitely fewer spiders. As well, their technicians were very professional and extremely thorough. Each technician had performed the same technique and they all were appropriately dressed. Edge not only has a good product, but they also have great representation. My current tech, Diego, just winterized my home to protect from larger pests like mice and snakes. And I am sincerely appreciative of his expertise and professionalism. I recommend Edge to anyone who wants both good product results and a great customer service experience.

Jerry was the one who did the inspection on my home, he was very thorough on everything and explained in detail what needed to be done and how it was going to be done, it made me feel good about what I was going to do in order to fix the problem my home had in regards to rodents and termites etc…
