Dont go to this company! They broke sensors on the car and refused to fix them! Completely incompetent and unrelaible

The staff was friendly, but they left broken glass in my door (that you could hear when closing it) after replacing a window.
My husband was driving my car when debris from a truck flew off and hit my windshield. It immediately left a crack on my windshield. It was a really hot day and the crack just kept expanding.
I have a windshield that requires calibration. I would usually go to the Toyota dealership but it was significantly more. I decided to go to Safelite as recommended by my insurance company.
The were able to give me a Toyota windshield and do the calibration. I picked my car up the next day and I am so happy with the results.
I highly recommend this company to fix or replace your windshield.
Cant get an appointment. When you call you cant even get a person on the phone. You go to there live chat assistance and cant do anything online.
They did me right and in the time it took to play an 18 hole round of mini golf!

It is truly frustrating when you can't get a hold of a live person to ask a quick and simple question with out having to work through a limited option virtual secretary.
Went there over the weekend was turned away without the them even looking at my windshield I thought I had a chip in it which in fact it was just particles.
I took my car in this morning for my appointment. I received a text that Leroy had begun working on my car. After trying many different phone numbers, I kept getting their phone system and could not find out about the progress on the windshield replacement. So I went in thinking they would be close to done. Unfortunately, the window they got did not work and they had to source another one. I was upset that they did not call me to update me as I was leaving town on business and this was delaying me. I was not nice to the person working behind the desk. She was professional and apologized. She treated me better than I deserved. I did get the car before they closed for the day and I got on my way. They again apologized. The windshield is great and I appreciated their recovery efforts and I absolutely recommend their service. It wasn't perfect, but they made it right!
My car was broken into so I needed my front passenger door replaced. I also work nights so I wanted them to come to me in order to save time.everything went smooth until I rolled it down, and heard this loud shrieking noise from the window rubbing so hard on the side and you can see it jerks or shifts as it goes up and down. The girl wasn't that pleasant that installed it either, incase anyone cares about that. I was too tired to care about her attitude, but she could at least be good at her job if she's going to have an attitude as though she's working for free or something. Or just get a job she's happy with. Maybe retraining is needed.
We dropped off our 2021 Subaru Outback at 9: 00am at the Austin S I35 location. Safelite started the work at 11: 11am. We went to pick up the vehicle at 4: 30pm and waited until 5: 45pm to get the vehicle. The technician told us that he had hot spot connectivity issues during calibration of the camera system, but had finally got it finished. We were notified by text that the camera system had been successfully calibrated. However, the camera safety system does not work properly, and does not alarm for lane departure. Obviously, the camera system was not calibrated correctly, but Safelite just signed off on it. We are not impressed with Safelite.
Good solid place. I had a problem with getti g my car booted by a private parking lot. They took care of the fees plus some.
The worst service ever! They were suggested by Progressive and I was told the windshield replacement will take up to 5 hours, but the repair man came without needed details and now I need to wait 3 more days while my car is disassembled. So it seems I am paying 500 dollars to drive disassembled car, with the holes. No cooperation from the Safelite AutoGlass! That say my car is drivable, manager just yelled at me and hang up when I requested car replacement for the waiting period! Here is how my car looks like on the photo. I have a brand new car with I small crack, now what I have! I request car replacement until full repair or money back
I needed to replace my windshield because there was a crack and they did an awesome job, but a few days later I realized there was a warp in the glass that was giving me headaches when I drove. When I contacted them they sent over a technician (Jamal) to replace the windshield again with no problem! Jamal was professional and very polite. He replaced the warped windshield very quickly right in my driveway. Give this man a raise! He was awesome. Thank you Safelite AutoGlass.
Service is the best and all of the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would never use anyone else for a chip or windshield replacement.

They took my wife’s car just fine so I thought it would be the same for me. I called to change my appointment because they only had appointments for a whole
Day drop off and pick up.the woman who took my call was super uninterested in giving me a new appointment that wouldn’t be the whole day. It was like when I ask my 6 year old to clean up.super slow and not helpful at all. I am going to call around and see if any other company can help me before ever returning here
