Love to get threats & harassment? This is the place! I made a payment via Safelite and they were the one who canceled the transaction; 2 months later I received fake multi appointment service dates via e-mail & invoice. The manager wasn't transparent about what they did and what they didn't. He yelled at me & threatened me that he would love to take me to the COURT. The manager did crappie job covering their mistakes.

Very nice folks here. The gentleman that waited on us was very kind and professional. He saved us money by double checking our wiper blades to see if we really needed them changed or not, which he said we did not need to do at this time.

Went to have my entire windshield replaced due to a large crack. The appointment process is straightforward. They were able to finish the job within the promised time frame. After replacing the windshield, they performed recalibration of the cameras and driver-assist system.

The staff are very friendly, courteous, and sevice-oriented. I recommend choosing this for vehicle glass repair or replacement.

I went in to get 3 chips repaired and he price was over other repair places then one of the employees looking at the windshield found a 4ft small chip and reported to another employee who then informed me that with 4 chips I had no choice I must replace the windshield. Then she gave me an exorbitant amount for a new windshield. My girlfriend was on the phone with the glass doctor getting prices that were much less. I left safeite and went directly to the Glass Doctor and was informed there was no requirement to replace the windshield with 4 chips and my 4 chips were replaced for much less than safelite had quoted the 3 chips for. My advice is never use safelite you will be cheated and mat be lied to.

Safelite wrote the most lame response I have ever had the displays of reading. This is their response.

We apologize for your dissatisfaction with our policies. Your feedback is appreciated".
This looks like a computer generated response that is sent to all who post negative reviews response. Safelite has no true care for their customers and will not even take the time to write an honest personal response to their customers

I went to go get a repair on a windshield chip and the repair was worse than the original chip. Safelite customer service is probably the worst customer service on the Earth. They have sent me in circles for the horrid job they did on the repair. One representative tried to get me in contact with the technician and when I did not hear back in a few days I called back. The new customer service agent, Janice, gave me so much attitude and was rude on the phone. She kept arguing with me and refusing to be helpful. She was extremely disrespectful and hostile for me wanting to get my poor repair job figured out. I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with Safelite. At this point it might have been better for me to try and repair my chip on my own than to ever go to a Safelite again. Their so called "lifetime nationwide" warranty is a scam because they will make you pay for their technicians horrible job. Never get your windshield repaired at Safelite.

I set an appointment for a windshield replacement for my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia. I gave them the VIN number and explained to them that it was a special windshield and they said it wasn't a problem and that they would have it in stock. I arrived for my appointment and showed them the windshield in person along with my concerns. They said that they had visually made sure that they had the windshield in stock and they would have the work completed in about 2 hours. About 90 minutes later they called and said that they didn't have the correct windshield and that it was a dealer item only. So I contacted the local dealer and they said that they carry the windshield in stock and that if I took the truck over to there shop that they would still schedule the installation with Safelite. So basically all Safelite would have to do to have fixed my windshield today is drive less than 5 miles and pick it up but instead they rescheduled me for 3 weeks from now. When I called customer service they said they needed to reschedule me 7-10 business days out, so why 3 weeks then? Also, why are they rescheduleing me at all if it's a dealer only item? This is the laziest and most incompetent shop that I have ever dealt with in 25 years of being a CDL driver. I will never use them or recommend them for anything.

Came out to me while I was at work. Makes it so much easier. Jared was my tech, and he was really nice and explained everything. He worked quickly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone

Had a window malfunction and possible break. They crash-wrapped the window until they had the needed parts. The appointment went smoothly and they even saved me from having to pay my deductible due to the window not being damaged as it malfunctioned.

They fixed it perfectly. I waited in the waiting room and I didn't expect it to be so fast but it was. Awesome! Definitely recommend

This location as well as the other one, were super helpful. Very polite. Very helpful. Very professional. Location was clean. Waiting area was very nice. And very clean. They had coffee as well as bottled water. Fast service. Fixed my windshield chip super fast. I was dreading this, but they took very good care of us. And sent us on our way in less than 40 minutes. Thank you

Had an appointment for a certain time. They didn't start working on the car until almost 45 minutes later. Saw one giy just sitting there in a customers car for 15 minutes. Waited 2 hours when it was suppose to be a 30 minute trip.

Front office was kind but if a customer has an appointment there is no I'm sorry we are delayed.
