First experience ever with Safelite.
Had my windshield replaced. Picked up the car only to find glass fragments everywhere, the top exterior seam wasn't seated properly, and the headliner had been pulled down at the driver's side front corner and broken. Had to wait a week for a warranty appointment to address the exterior seam, and was told that they wouldn't replace the headliner that they damaged. Never going back!

I called to set an appointment for same day repair on a chipped windshield. When I arrived it took less than 40 minutes and I was back on the road again.as I was leaving however, while driving on the highway for 2 minutes, another rock hit my windshield, 6 inches above the original rock chip, and damaged my windshield again. I called back and stated my windshield had been damaged again, less than 10 minutes after leaving, and they told me to bring it right back and that it’ll be repaired. Super friendly staff, very professional and extremely quick turn around time. Thanks to the staff for making my experience extremely smooth and helping me out as much as they did!

Took my 2020 Tacoma in for a new OEM windshield replacement as the old one had a large crack and was pleased with how smooth the process went. Dropped off the truck at 7: 30 a.m. The technician called me around 8: 15 a.m. And stated that they were about to start on the truck and that it would take approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete the job which also included calibrating the new windshield to the camera for lane departure alerts system. The job was completed on time and looked as good as new. The whole process including their excellent communication was refreshing. I would have no problem recommending this business for auto glass repair work.

What started out pretty good unfortunately hasn't followed through. Initially I had several questions between OEM and aftermarket (which the tech had no idea how to answer) (Location should consider more training) The manager was knowledgeable and eased my concerned. All was well. When I received my vehicle, the vacuum job was very sub par. I didn't expect it to be "detailed" put glass still in there galore, you can tell it was not done with pride. Then the tech let me know that they broke a piece of my lift gate and that they will have to order it and call me when it comes in. Today is day 18 and no update whatsoever. Unfortunately we need businesses like this right? It's just unfortunate the service that comes with it is going to be sub par like this. I wasn't expecting this from a Nationwide Brand like this.

I had to go in person due to time constraints, and it took an hour and a half to get my car windshield replaced. I'd normally not care enough to be bothered by this, but the front desk person and half of the customers were not wearing masks. The only employee I noticed even wearing a mask was the one working on my car. I work with hospitals and clinics so I know the current dangers of COVID-19, and this made me very uncomfortable. From now on, I'll only be having people come to my location.

Made appt online, they called day before to confirm. I explained I would wait on my vehicle verse drop off. Lady told me the EARLIEST I could get there was 7: 30. AM. Fast forward a day. Arrived at 7: 25 AM, checked in and lady at the counter told me 7 people in front of me if I was waiting. 5 mins ahead of the EARLIEST time I could arrive and 7 people in front of m? I walked out. Called AUTO CONCIERGE GLASS REPLACEMENT – WINDSHIELD REPAIR. They came to the house, were $155 less than Safelite, and extremely quick and professional. So long Safelite!

My insurance Geico made the appt. I arrived a bit early. They had everything ready and taken care of as far as paperwork and payment.
The tech looked at my car and explained to me the possibility of adverse effect of the repair. He stated that there could be a chance that the chip could spread or get bigger. But luckily for me it didn’t. He had my car in and out in no time. The chip is smaller and you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you were looking for it.
This place was fast and efficient.

Tim and the whole crew did a great job keeping me informed about the progress while having my windshield replaced.

This place did terrible work they stole our registration sticker off our windshield and told us that it didn't have one yet we had video that showed we did and they didn't put the correct spacers in the windshield so it whistled after they replaced it I would never go here again

Great job fixing the glass on my car. Had to go back to readjust the wiper arms, but it was done quickly and efficiently.

Came in to make an appointment to replace my car window, they have been extremely busy due to recent hail storms and were booked for weeks.the helpful staff notified me that there was a cancelation and I was able to have my window replaced within days.also, as a courtesy they thoroughly vacuumed the glass and "crash wrapped" my door that day.

I would not recommend anyone to go to Safelite. Not specific to this branch, this company is typical chain business, have some crash coursed techs for demand. Would recommend you go to some local store. Screwed my Lexus.

Had to replace busted back window. Tookthem about a week to get part in. Shortly after window was leaking due to tech did not install properly. They replaced it again, to this day molding is still coming off when it rains or during a car wash. Car smells wet inside.

Fast service great customer care, I was like an hour and we're doing like 4 cars before me is that fast service or what, great job Safelite

Needed a windshield replacement following hail damage. Had an appointment scheduled for 10am. I arrived just after 8: 15am and technicians got to my vehicle straight-away. The windshield was replaced and I was out of there by 9: 15am. Excellent service and fast!

Do not let them do a chip repair! They charged my mom 144.00 and when they left it looked worse than when they started! They said it was the best they could do but would be glad to replace the whole windshield for 600.00 more what a scam.the guys fixing windshields on s.e. Military can do a better job for 40.00.so disgusted with them taking advantage of my 76 year old mother.

Thanks safeties for sending me across town during rush hour. 20 mins late even though they close at 6pm, it was 530, they said they couldn't do it. Thanks for the shitty customer service!

Scheduled me next day for windshield replacement. Had it done in one hour and interior was clean of all glass shards. Great staff, excellent experience.

Rear view mirror fell off went to another shop tryed twice came here got it done.been up since.
