My kids enjoy going to Safe splash. Great coaches and pools. Friendly staff. Easy to schedule make ups. Over all having a great experience.

Safesplash at McKinney is a very well maintained location and the trainers here are kind and patient. Kaye, the trainer helping both my kids is friendly and patient in teaching the kids and help them learn the techniques pretty quick. I would recommend SafeSplash

Great facility! Very friendly coaching staff! Great communication from the Manager! The instructors are great with kids and always show their happy personality with the children and parents. We appreciate to have Hafsah, the front desk as she runs this smooth! Highly Recommended.

I switched to Safesplash Mckinney from their frisco location as i bought new home. I had worst experience here. I started with group leasons which is very chaotic. I see 1 instructor and 4-5 students, they are not able to keep up with it. 30 minutes getting over with limited learning. I gave a try for private leasons to get 1: 1 time. Instructor was very junior in skill set. Just because individual is a good swimmer, doesnt make them a good teacher as well.

I shared feedback with receptionist 3 times and she was not open to take it. Very disappointing. I do not recommend Mckinney branch. Not worth paying so much for the classes

We loved the swim lessons provided by this location, our daughter loved it as well. Because of the less number of students in each class, she was able to learn much faster and was able to move to next levels very quickly. The staff is awesome and helped always with rescheduling as well. I would surely recommend safesplash for a wonderful experience for your kids.

Highly recommend this place for swimming lessons. The trainers are excellent and very patient. I have great experience in my adult lesson and also for my kids swimming classes. Site manager is always helpful and responds quickly to texts and phone.

I will definitely recommend SafeSplash. They have been very patient with my daughters and I can already see the progress.

My brother has been going to this school for quite some time now and he really likes it! The instructors are very interactive and are able to speak to them in an understanding way. Most of all, the instructors are extremely nice and make swimming super fun, which helps little kids who don't know how to swim feel more comfortable.

I had very very bad experience with this swim school. There are one or two good coaches and others are not so. Our expectations are not just make them swim but tell the mistakes and teach our kids techniques. Until you get the right coach, it is little frustrating, also for make up classes, it is hard to get your coach. I also feel the price is pricey. Horrible management and I won't recommend it to anyone. I have spoken to the location manager and it didn't help at all!

Instructor is very knowledgeable and focus and good technique. Staff is very helpful with adjusting schedules.

Overall, Great instructors and facility. Bitanya G is a great instructor and is patient with the kids. A+

I wish there was an option yo give 0 stars.
They enrolled my daughter in a wrong class and charged me $145. I called them and some employee hung up on me cause I wanted to a solution. I contacted their chat support team and told them I need refund. They keep making excuses and today charged even for this month. Finally got to speak to someone and she clearly said she won’t refund. Like seriously? Why charge me for a class I didn’t enroll for…. It was manager’s fault but according to them system doesn’t make errors so its all on me.

I registered for my 4 years kid in October class (pay $145) some reason at the middle of october they closed for maintenance, October 25 they charged me again for November class without any service, watch your money, still I have 2 class but they don't care about there student, they focus only money

My kids goes this location and absolutely love this place, the instructors are so patient and helps the students to learn swimming in their own pace. Management is too good and so flexible with getting the class timings of what we want. I really recommend this location, go team go

My son started swim class in the summer and happy to see him progressing well here. Would appreciate if the teacher could demonstrate the right techniques to the kids.

Instructors are not good. Just keep looking at the clock. Don't blame them though - the instructors are just young grads who have no prior experience, and are here to make quick bucks. No engagement with kids, nor have any interest to teach. No specific pattern to teaching as well. Different instructors in every class.
Been to other Swim schools before moving to Frisco/ McKinney, but by far this is the worst I have seen.
