Sage Dental - Baytown reviews
18They take care of you and do right by you as a costumer. Very professional and easy on the eyes. If you’re looking for great work to be done this is the place. Thankful for all the hard work they’ve done so far and more to come.
Gonna get complete extraction because I’ve never taken care of my teeth. Best option for me.
Dr Carrizales is fantastic along with her
Great staff super helpful and friendly.
I’ve recommended Dr Carrizales to friends and they thanked me they were really happy Thanks again doctor and staff and Sage Dental
I feel like family when I go to sage dental, been going to sage for over 5 years great people.
Able to get newly discovered cavities filled same day without having to make another appointment.
Everything was good besides one of the tech was rough but besides that overall it was great
Yea, their the best, never taking our babies anywhere else. Atmosphere great, doctor's are amazing, very comfortable, very concern. My children had work done on their teeth, all the drilling, caps. We were afraid they'll wake up in pain.
NOTHING NO PAIN.amazing place.
Thanks awesome crew at SAGE DENTAL.
Mrs. Ward
They were extremely aggressive, and you could tell they were more focused on getting to the next patient rather than getting it done properly.
I've been to this office 5 or 6 times and every single time I've been treated wonderfully. The staff is always nice and friendly. From root canals to crowns, they take care of everything. 10 out of 10, would let them drill again.
Sage dental clinic

As always very satisfied with the dental work, and friendly staff that are warm and caring with us. Great work from Dentist!
Looking forward to starting my journey of a better smile. The ortho process was smooth & fast. Was provided with all the information I needed to know to get the care I need for my teeth.
My 2 month old had a neonatal tooth and had to get it removed. Dr. Ayoade was incredibly calm & super nice during the process! The nurses were super sweet as well. 10/10 recommended!
Very helpful staff and very professional… Everyone there is the sweetest. I been taking all my kids there for years. Still the best in Baytown. Thank you guys for all that you do.
Folks were really nice and didn't have any problems answering any questions I had! Everything was well explained and they sent me about my day within the hour after an extraction. Looking forward to coming back for the post-op
Unfortunately this location told my insurance company that I had floride treatment on 2 separate occasions and I never received floride. I was told that I had a balance from my last visit and I went in planning on paying the balance. They just told me about the balance a week ago and it's from May 2021. The doctor told me I had 3 cavities and the office lady asked if I wanted to pay for them. I told them I would and the total for the cavities was the exact same as the balance I owed from the last visit. She asked me if I could pay before the treatment because their credit card machine doesn't work past 5: 00. Maybe it's an ironic coincidence that my previous balance and my new total are exactly the same, I doubt it though. Also, the way they made me pay first made me feel like they don't trust me and how they told me the credit card machine goes down at 5: 00pm seemed like a lie since in the past it's worked past 5: 00pm. The dental assistant seemed annoyed and only clean 3/4 of my teeth with quick swipes, water was flying all in my face, and she applied the floride at the end in 3 brief swipes and didn't properly coat the teeth. I do think the dentist genuinely cares about the clients teeth and tries his best to perfect them. I had cavities on my first visit and the next time I went in a few fillings came out. This also happened on my 3rd visit, the most recent one. I'm not sure why fillings get messed up or come out of place, but from what I hear this is rare and shouldn't happen in a 6 month time frame and every visit. I am grateful that the dentist was honest about the filling being messed up and repairing them. He seems like he takes pride in his work. To sum this review up, the dentist is good and seems like a good guy. It's unfortunate that my fillings are messed up and I don't know if that's normal or not so I can't blame myself or the dentist. The office making me pay before the servicewas wrong and disrespectful. If the credit card machine doesn't work past 5: 00 then they need to get that fixed. The dental assistant I had was no good. I would recommend that she takes more time cleaning teeth and take pride in what she does. If she can't do that then she should definitely gwt another job. This isn't the job to be careless. Some of the services they told my insurance company are complete false and I don't know who to blame, but this is theft and illegal. Overall I would probably go somewhere else and avoid the hassle. The only good thing about this location is the dentist does a good job.
