My experience with Saia as a company was one of excellence. The personnel were professional, accommodating, efficient and accurate to every detail.
The delivery men were friendly, kind, clean and their manners were of gentlemanly tact. The most lofty words of praise could not be overstated. Kudos for all.

Horrible horrible customer service, SAIA would not take all of our product, Driver made it clear that he could take all of our pallets but the dispatch wanted him to ONLY pick up one pallet. I told driver to let dispatch now that if they dont take ALL 12 pallets, we no longer will do business with them. The dispatch said he didnt care.

I has been 2 days and not one email has been returned to me.
Shippers beware, check and review your invoices, I was being billed for Inside Delivery when all they did was put our customers pallet inside their warehouse. SAIA did not have to break down pallet. After letting them know about this issue, they removed by discount price and our last invoices well billed at full value.

There is no option to give zero stars. Absoutley HORRIBLE. The WORST trucking company we've ever dealt with. They lost our freight -7 days ago for a 2 day delivery-no one knows where it is. How is that even possible but wish I would have read the other reviews-same thing seems to happen A LOT. God forbid if you want to talk to any one to resolve. The call center follows the script each time you call. "SO sorry, we'll look into it. " But they don't! Very pleasant but absoultly ZERO help. STAY AWAY!

Stay away do not use!

This is the worst company to use for your freight in addition to that it is the most horrible management company to their employees in DFW!

Their phone has been out of service for two days. I had a scheduled delivery they did not show up for as agreed upon. Very frustrating as they operate only during banking hours requiring customers to take time off from their own jobs to accept packages sometime between 8-5 and then don't show anyway.

On the first delivery they arrived well outside the delivery window without any communication whatsoever and I was not home to receive it. On the second attempt they just flat stood me up. Looks like this is a common problem with this company. I will be sure to never use them again.

Called me and said they would be here between 12 and 2. Here it is 4 and when I called, they now say between 1 and 6. I've wasted a whole day waiting on these folks. They are no different than any of the others. They all don't seem to care, they have your merchandise as collateral.

These people have had a shipment of mine in their yard in Garand for 7 days now and no one can tell me when they will deliver it to my shop. Mean wile I am left dead in the water and it is costing me money. I would never ever use this company to ship anything.as of 7-7-2016 My product is still setting in their trucking yard.

Freight traveled fast from AZ, until it hit the Dallas terminal, where they promptly lost my shipment. Took me two days of hounding at them, to get them to finally admit, they had no idea where my freight was. They put out an APB, finally located it, and had sent to the Sherman Tx final destination. This Dallas Breakout Hub, is absolutely the worse! If you are a shipper of freight, absolutely make sure your product does NOT transfer though this hub if at all possible.
