The staff is friendly even shunt guys are really nice, just ask them if u need to know something specific.
They are building new office so there staff is in trailers or another office near mechanic shop.

Saia was set to deliver over 1,000 pounds of flooring to my home. Saia required that someone be at the home at the time of delivery. The problem: Saia gave us a 7 hour window for delivery on a Tuesday. Thus work was missed so that someone could be at the home as Saia told us was required. Never received so much as a phone call from their office or driver on the day of delivery and at 630 pm central time there wasn’t a soul in the office to answer the phone to offer a reason or explanation. The only thing worse than bad customer service is non-existent customer service.

DON’T EVER DELIVERED TO THIS PLACE! Terrible. I’ve delivered here and they had me waited over 7 hrs for live unload. Ppl here doesn’t care about your time. Never coming here again. ZERO

Placed an order for mats. Last week the delivery company called and scheduled the delivery. I took the day off of work to be at the facility on the day we agreed with the delivery company. And announced at our event that is happening this weekend, that we will have the mats, which added more participants to our event. Great news so far. After waiting at our facility for 4 hour with no show from the delivery company (that was the window for the delivery) we decided to call and find out what happened. Jeremy from EZ flex where we ordered the mats from told us to talk with the delivery company. After talking with the delivery company that FORGOT TO LOAD THE MATS TO THE TRUCK, and said oh yeah sorry about that. Then some managers called to say again that the mats have not been loaded and are still in Ohio.
I asked him what the solution is and he said I don’t know. I’ll call you tomorrow and see keep you posted. I explained to him everything about the event but all he said was, sorry nothing I can really do. They are supposed to call this morning. I doubt they will.
Worst service I have ever experienced.

Im a driver since 2004.this place is a mad house but once u get the procedure down.your good! DJ and Anthony in the warehouse are great dudes! Ty.one of the yard drivers is cool.helpful.

The worst management team in freight companies in DFW!

They treat their employees like trash and use strong scare tactics of losing their job to get the job done. There’s no difference between them and the Non-professional company that has no experience in management of people! Same tactics same principles horrible company to work for!

I give this company a 1 because I can’t give them a zero. I worked for this company as a supervisor in the 90’s and 2000’s. My manager was a gentleman by the name of MD Hardwick and Rick M. I got Experience firsthand how they operate internally being a part of their management team. They rule with scare tactics and push their employees to the point of breaking. I would highly not recommend a company that is ran internally this way. I have since started my own business and have multiple employees and several enterprise companies! I have found ways of motivating them without your typical freight company scare tactics Of losing your job daily. I highly recommend old Diamond freight lines or Central freight lines they have a much better internal leading team and care for their employees especially their management team.

They were supposed to deliver a shipment on friday by noon of last week and now i have to wait till monday after 6: 00Pm. Horrible service

This facility plays with driver/ carrier time-special those at the office. Window open but no one will give attention! Trailer on dock means doesn't ready to unload. There is no connection b/n forklift & those on the office. Before the paperwork transfer from the office to those forklift guys yard driver started to hock the trail.
