Saint Arnold Brewing Company reviews
19I would of loved to pick my own flight, but they don’t let you choose your own. They only have pre made selections. Horrible.
One of my favorite breweries here in Houston, really nice view, good beer and good atmosphere, definitely a must go is you like beer and enjoy the outdoors, food for me is 4/10. Service is always great!
Very poor management. Out of the first 3 beers I ordered they were out. I told the waitress that they make it here, how can you be out. Mask mandate has been over but they still have gift shop and everything closed off. On a positive note the Irish stew was delicious. I will still drink St Arnolds but will never visit here again.
Incredibly fast service. Very good food. Good beer. They also have a very tasty house made root beer. When I say the service is fast, I’m mean confusingly so. It’s not a bad thing but we joked about it a lot on our visit. I guess the waiters submit the orders electronically as the take them because our drinks came via another waiter as our waiter turned to walk away from taking our order. We had to do a cartoon double take. Fried chicken sandwich, 2 crawfish rolls, a Caesar salad and Irish stew and soda bread were enjoyed by all. No one had complaints about anything. I didn’t live the Irish stew but it was more of a personal preference thing because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It just tasted a little heavy on the mushrooms. I also think I had filled up on apps so it was my fault. The chips and queso and pretzels were great. One of the best quesos I’ve had. They add green salsa and we added shredded pork and jalapeños. The patio is a gorgeous spot to sit and enjoy your food. The picnic benches are a little uncomfortable on my butt, but whatcha gonna do? The place is dog and kid friendly.
Excellent beer garden best enjoyed on a 70 degree day. The food selection aligns well with the beer offerings. Any type of comfort food I would want was on the menu. The brewery is constantly coming out with create barrel aged beers that keep me coming back for more.
This, Texas’s oldest craft brewery, is a huge beer garden & restaurant with delicious pizzas and large seating that can host hundreds of guests at the same time. There is a large private parking for patrons. You pass through a gallery with Mad Max style vintage cars. Really cool place. We sat for some food on the way to New Orleans but spent at least 90 mins, which I don’t regret:)
Great service and a beautiful beer garden. The food is also stellar ranging from appetizers and sandwiches to pizza. The menu always has seasonal specials as well to keep things fresh. Of course, Texas' oldest craft brewery has an diverse selection of craft beer. Plenty of beer on draft and a good selection of bottles. Family friendly and also follows all COVID-19 protocols.
Finally made it, been wanting to come here for some time. First thing beer is good Lawnmower is still the best. Service was great and the attendance of the waitresses was great. Food was delicious got myself Uncle Jesse pizza and plenty of beer. Recommend this location if u looking for a relaxing and great food.
It took us 25 minutes to get noticed and another 15 to get a beer because they do t have walk up service. Aside from that it looked like a fun place. We may go again after covid and we can get our own beer rather then wait for an inept server. She actually said, "don't worry, we will get to you eventually. " Wow.
Great brews and delicious menu. Lots of beers unique to the brewery. And the best part is you can buy them and take them home to enjoy again
St. Arnold was a really fun experience! The beer garden is really nice. The food was great, and of course, a nice selection of beer. Our favorites are Lawnmower, Art Car, and Juicy IPA.
For years, the craft beer from Texas's oldest craft brewery has been divine. They have a commitment to crafting the fanciest beer, other breweries pale in comparison. Passionate servers and passionate brewers that bring some of the most passionate fans like me over and over again. Their food is also great and the venue hosts many fun events.
Casual atmosphere, great choices in craft beer, love the spicy pork skins.and the March special - corned beef - was delicious! Highly recommend!
I love St. Arnold’s! I am so sad they stop the token with souvenir glass, but it’s always a great place! Their pizza is amazing!
This was my first brewery that I’ve ever gone to and it definitely will not be the last. Couldn’t recommend going to any other brewery. Have a good vibe going on not to mention some good customer service and some great Ale. If you like to try new things this is a good place to go to!
Amazing experience as usual. Wasn't too crowded when we arrived. Initially seated at a table half outside the covered area. Requested a table in the middle under the covered area instead and moved with no issue. Service was good. The food was tasty. Shared the Texas Fries with my sister. Was like eating queso, but with fries instead of chips. The jalapenos were pickled too. The Irish stew special was really yummy. For beers, started with the dry cider cause it's one of my favorites. The tried the french press which was strong but tasty. Finished off with a lawnmower so I could get a special cup for my birthday (I didn't mention it was my birthday cause I don't like making a big deal about it, but my wife decided to ask if they do anything special for birthdays). The birthday glasses are awesome and I definitely recommend them as a special place to celebrate birthdays.
Jess and Lauren where absolutely amazing. Great beer combined with great service. Food is not what you think for a brewery. Its fabulous
If your from Houston you know saint Arnold’s has a great variety of beers. They have an amazing outdoor patio seating. I ordered the mucho meatcho pizza which was good although I would suggest ordering the fire emoji chicken sandwich.
Great food and beer. Huge fan of St. Arnold’s as a Houstonian. HOWEVER, the server told me my kids had to stay at my table. Mind you they had just stepped away to grab some rocks. Then I proceeded to ask him if We could move to the lawn area and he said due to Covid no.someone will have to explain to me why open space + little to no people= Covid
Are kids welcome or just tolerated?
