It is what is. A typical trailer park only this one is mostly retirement age living there. It could use some upgrades and an awesome landscaping crew come through and fix the property up. But honestly there is no reason to be there unless visiting a friend or family.

Lived here for years and loved it but something happened to the owner that made him horrible! They care nothing about the people that live here Everyone that could, moved out. Do NOT consider moving here! Only gave one star because that was the only way I could leave a rating.
