I eat here often and the ingredients are always fresh delicious. Also the manager and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate my order. While dining today I witnessed an unhappy guest due to wanting more items than allowed but they handled the situation well from what I saw. I definitely recommend Salata for a great and easy fresh lunch.

For as long as this place has been open, it truly has never met my expectations. Employees are rude. Managers are rude. No one in there seems to care or want to work. The last straw was on 6/29 when my pickup order was packed with someone else’s salad and I, at no ones fault but my own, didn’t realize till I drove 20 minutes all the way home. I had every intention of going back and having them remake my salad but the manager was so snippy and rude, it just disgusted me. If you guys see this review, I also have yet to get my refund.

Had a bad experience here today I never been my son and daughter in-law treated me here because they said the one down town was so good And there we’re happy that there was one closer when we were ordering they did they did not great or smile no one did they rush us so fast I had no time to really look I felt like I had to just pick what ever I saw first.they pass the bowl to the next person and the same we all felt this way and then we had a little issue but still felt like it was not Handle properly we said we will never go back to this location again.

Matty made my salad today and she was so rude. The other staff member was rude as well, but wasn't wearing a name tag. I politely asked for more servings of lettuce and tomatoes, she said if I wanted more food I would need to upgrade to a bigger salad. I got the bigger salad, and when I asked for more tomatoes she said "No you only get 3 servings read the sign! " so why did she encourage me to upgrade the cost of my salad, if she was going to tell me "no you can't get more tomatoes" Maybe a statement such as "if you want more tomatoes there will be an additional up charge again", as opposed to “No you only get 3 servings" and "read the sign! ”

The two employees kept talking another language to each other in front of us which was rude. I know the language and was listening to what they were saying. Still rude, because they decided to speak the other language to avoid my understanding. Little did they know I've studied abroad and minored in that language in college. I would never speak another language while providing customer service right in the customer’s face.

Long story short they were two friends working up at the front being rude together. There needs to be a staff training in place because Matty's behavior was unacceptable. Her delivery, her tone, everything and her snarky “read the sign! ” remarks. I don’t think I would ever return to this location. I never experienced this at the downtown location. I knew this place was off when we were the only customers inside and the staff member was cleaning and doing other things instead of saying hello. It was just an awkward silence of standing in front of the salad bowls at the start of the line. After about 40 seconds of standing there awkwardly, Matty decided to acknowledge us and gave us a half-hearted “Hello, welcome in”.

My coworker ordered Salata salad I had never tried it and omg it was delicious for trying it for the first time, now I have to stop by and check it out and I realized it's close to home.

Fresh every time, quick service and very friendly. They let me try the chicken to see if I liked it!

Clean, friendly, fast, fresh, healthy. If I could drive 45 minutes to eat here on a regular basis, I would.

Good establishment, just not enough added to your salad. Just one small scoop of everything such as tomatoes, cucumbers, egg, etc.

My first time in to try one of their salads! I found a lot of ingredients that I enjoy the combination of what I chose with the mixed seafood and the vinaigrette if they offer was one of the best stylist that I have ever had even better than the ones I make it home! Do service was wonderful and I will gladly return to this location!

From Houston to Fort Worth this is my favorite place to grab a salad. Fresh ingredients and crescent rolls that exceed expectations. And don't forget the selection of unique brewed teas available.

Yo have got to go here if you love a good salad. There is a sneeze guard protecting all of the very freshly chopped vegetables, herbs, dressings, protein and other food items. However they didn't do this for Covid-19. They have used this protection ever since I have been going there which is about four years. I love the fresh cheese choices as well as being able to add fruit to my salad. The ranch is to die for and don't skip the roll.

I had lunch here for the first time and it was a splendid experience. Janet helped me and was so sweet to me and my daughter. I was worried it would take long because i had to take her back to school for lunch but she was very fast. Will be back again.

Come here for lunch at least once a week! Janet is always so fast and courteous. This place is always so clean and so good, kills my craving every time.

Food was good, service was messy and mssed up the order a few times. Some items and orders had to be repeated a few times or fixed but I ended up getting the right order by the end of it.

Love this place! They make the best Caesar Salads! I always come here with my coworker during lunch and Janet’s customer service was awesome, she was so funny and helpful especially while dealing with me as a picky person. I think more places need the customer service we received here, it could really make someone’s day. I also like how convenient to-go is, especially during this pandemic.
