MJ is SO helpful! She was so informative and sweet even when I asked for a million things. I got everything I needed, and maybe a little more. Not to mention she is STUNNING! Every time I go I will be looking for her.

The store manager is RUDE, she basically tried to blame the fact that their price tags were in the wrong spot and the products were stocked wrong, on customers coming in the store moving things around when clearly the price tag to the item i picked up was 4 spaces down with other products in that spot. Either the prices were wrong or simply no prices in front of the products at all.

Went in looking for something to go bald. Asked for clippers and shaver. They told me the wahl final shaver would do it. Keep in mind they didnt have any clippers at the time. I buy it at at 100 plus tax. I go down the shopping center because not fully trusted answer they gave me. And bought some clippers. They also had the same wahl shave $25 cheaper.im still in the same shopping center and i call to see what option i have weather return shaver or get difference back. And they told me none. All dales final. My receipt said 30 days. The shaverwas still in box in same bag with receipt inside. Got ripped off. Not going there again. And then i get home and try to use the shaver like they said and would cut it. It was too long. They even told me take my hat off to see and they were like oh yea you have no hair. The machine will shave it right off.

My wife goes here regularly but this was my first time. Looking for beard trimmer and found one plus I bought an Andis electric razor. A young man who has his own barbershop waited on me and it was a truly pleasant experience. He listened to what I wanted, asked great questions and made great recommendations while providing a thorough explanation of why each recommendation was made.

I don't know why I keep going back to this store! I have never had a good experience here. The absolute worst customer service in Mesquite. I walked in today to get a toner for my hair. I needed help even finding the toner, plus a little help on what all I needed. I went down the correct aisle and heard a voice say hello, never saw anyone. After looking for about 10 minutes, I found what I thought was correct product. All the while listening to lady in back part of store carrying on a personal conversation with lady at register. I then walk to next aisle for shampoo. Finally older lady comes from back of store. Never says a word. So I ask for the shampoo I'm looking for and she points it out to me. I then decide to tell her about the toner I needed to see if I had the right product. After she fumbles around for a few minutes she decides I have the wrong thing and gives me something else. Then she screams at the cashier if this stuff needed developer or not. Then tells me I need 2 bottles because my hair is long, which it is not. It was a buy 1 get 2nd 1/2 off. My hair was in a top knot and is very thin. We get to checkout. After, AFTER, checking me out and I've signed my credit card, she then asks me if I need gloves and a brush, and pulls them right off the counter in front of her! I don't trust she gave me the correct product for my hair and will be returning it and will never go back. They need to hire people that are familiar with the products and more customer friendly.

I hate this Sally's. I knew better than to go here. The lady charged me twice for one item. It took 20 mins to get her to see her mistake then another 10 to figure out how to refund me OMG. I'M NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. NEVER. There's like a very uncomfortable old lady cliche vibe here.

I. I was not greeted upon entering the store.
2. The 4 associates were upfront the entire time talking amongst themselves.
3. After searching the aisle for 5min, I went to the front to ask for assistance (only to find what I needed was behind the counter).
4. This location has poor customer service skills, and should attend etiquette training.
