Sally Beauty reviews
7I walked in there today to purchase hair color and Karen helped me tremendously! She picked the exact color to match what I already had! I walked in there knowing nothing and she helped me through the whole process! Very happy customer!
This was my favorite beauty store until now, they were out of everything and one of the cashiers was extremely rude she wasn't trying to help find anything or be polite, never coming back here again
Ever have someone offer you help, but they really didn't want to help? That's how my experience was I'll stick to my normal Sallys
Very bad customer service, when I asked the employees to look for a certain product at the back she didn't. Very lazy group of staff.
Extremely Terrible Employees. They were very rude one worker was in the back on her phone and the other worker had terrible attitude when we asked her for help she told us no that there was nothing she could do. If I was them I would have been fired for the lack respect they showed us when in there!
Would be a five but I did encounter a stubborn old woman working there last time. I did take advantage of an incredible deal yesterday so I suggest taking care to watch out for more specials and whatnot.
Employees somewhat snobby when I went in there. If a customer walks in seemingly not knowing what they're doing, as an employee isn't that pretty much your 'time to shine'? Guess not. Also the prices are better for the same products elsewhere.
