Walked into the store today and was immediately greeted! (Love that!)

I walked in there as if I was NORM.having no clue where the greet came from, as all the employees were hustling their butts in restocking. I responded “Helllooo! ”

Immediately I walked up and with no hesitation I asked my questions. Almost every employee there had their own answers, opinions and suggestions!

That’s what every store needs, great customer service!

They made an error on my receipt, charged me for something I didnt buy and can’t refund me over the phone with receipt number. So now I have to waste my time going to the store to get a refund when THEY made the error.

Bad customer service and rude. They act like they don't want to help you. Then, even if you have your receipt and return within the allotted time, they act annoyed if you return something. I was told that I MUST provide my phone number to get a refund, even though I had my receipt. My number is restricted. Ill NEVER go there again.

Gave me perfect instructions to dye my hair, a week before I dye box dye my hair and it came out horrible, so decided to go to sally, to try their hair dye, and gave me perfect instructions, I couldn't be more satisfied with my hair. Thank you.

I can’t even talk to anyone. I call their number and it rings once then a recording says goodbye and hangs up on me. What gives?

I purchased a pair of t-edjer on 8/14/19. On the receipt it states that you can return within 60 days if unused with receipt. This is untrue because both the manger and their customer service refused my refund. The clippers were damaged when opened box. I really just wanted a exchange but this store was out of product. I will never shop in Sally's again. I have been a customer for years. And will make sure to never recommend your store again. Besides other beauty stores are cheaper with the same product. Even the lady that sold the item to me told me I could exchange or return if unused with receipt. False statement in person and on receipt.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! When I walked into the store it was a ghost town I almost thought no one was working there. Then finally when while I was looking at the hair color someone stepped out from the back. When I asked for help she seemed annoyed that I was there and kept being on her phone the rest of my visit. Naturally I was looking for a name tag to get in touch with a manager about the employees behavior but much to my surprise the person helping was Kerri THE MANAGER! Once again take your time and money elsewhere.

I used to go to another Sally’s prior to moving across town, but this is the closest one to my home. However, I will now gladly drive the extra mile to go to another location that will be happy to help me! I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The “manager” had the audacity to tell me my hair was fried and falling out when I asked her politely for help with the hair color. (Keep in mind her hair is a long blonde dried nappy mess.) I left home crying in frustration because she told me there was no hope for my hair. I ended up getting it fixed at a salon and now I know that she has no knowledge of products. I would think Sally’s would hire managers that actually cared about their customers to keep them wanting to shop with them.
