Sally Beauty, Katy TX

There is a new Manager (at least new for me), called "Andrea" who is amazing. I was looking for an specific color combination and she took the time to look for it with kindness, patience and the best customer service ever. Also helped me with gels and other products. Thanks so much Andrea, I'll be back for the violet drops!

The workers at Sally's are always nice everywhere I've lived at. East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, and down South.

This is not their best location. There was quite a few items out of stock. Bring your own bag (s) because there is an additional charge if they bag your purchase.

I had a very bad experience today! Usually everyone who works there is so helpful and kind but today then I went around 1PM the girls were so rude and barely talked to me when I asked which products would help me. They didn't have what I wanted so I asked for something like I was looking for but they barely paid attention. I left with no products and annoyed as hell

I am very offended with this place, two days ago I went to get a dye for my hair and when I went to pay with a 100 bill the cashier told me that for 11 dollars they could not charge me with that money, sorry with what you pay in these stores? Muy mal servicio.

The guy with the eye piercing was smug/rude the day I checked out, he didn’t even offer me a coupon or the sally membership card, if I wanted one.just got my email. Plus, a nice woman helped me right away, but when she got busy with another customer assisting them, he jumped up right away while I was waiting in line and asked if I was ready. Of course I was! I was standing in line with no one at the register. Smh he took her commission or customer quota I felt, when he didn’t even help me. (If they even work off that based on sales/day.) I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t realize it until I had left what he did. She had great customer service and tried assisting me right away. Too bad I didn’t catch the names. I also think the prices are a bit overpriced unfortunately, next time I’ll buy my bowl, brush or other tools etc from Amazon or another retailer. Thanks Sally’s.

This Sally's by far has the best service in this area. Dont go to the 290 or Hwy 6 location. The employees here have always been the best.

Small place with all what you need for your hair. But sold out of dred beads.of all the things to be sold out. But helpful by sending me to the other Sally Beauty shop and getting my treasure.

Literally in and out. The young employee knew exactly what I wanted, got the item for me, and checked me out. BEST SERVICE EVER at this store.

So I had a major hair crisis lol! I ran to Sally’s multiple times during this quarantine. Let me tell you, the customer service is outstanding! They were always very nice and polite. Thank you very much Sally’s employees for doing an amazing job, regardless of the circumstances!

I was shopping for nail lacquer the at Sally, i was helped by a young caucasian girl, she was helpful at first, but i guess i was irritating her with my question, because she cut her eye and ignored my question, I admit maybe she was annoyed by the fact i told her i was buying the lacquer for a different reason, so i put everything back and left and bought 44 dollar worth of nail lacquer from anther supply store, i was a paying customer, but she made me feel embarrassed somehow

Came in today and the 2 beautiful young ladies helped me so much with advice to start dreads on my sons hair. This is my first time and the young lady at the register took the time to help me understand the products I was buying as well on advice about dreads. She knew her stuff and her products and I couldn't be more thankful. She also signed me up for the Sally card to help me with discounts etc in the future. I will definitely be back. The store was very clean and nicely stocked. Thank you for your awesome service today!
