4No ordinary customer service here! The service is exemplary, I listened today while the manager Lisa answered a customers every question kindly and patientiently. My faith in customer service has been restored. A big shout out to Sarah and Jancie the girls in front who had smile on their faces and eager to just be nice! Way to go ladies! You Rock.
I just spent 194$ on a set of Babyliss Pro clippers from this place on October 22nd. And it’s October 31st they’re already broken. I get it, some stuff is short lived. But when I brought them back to exchange them, NOT REFUND, they told me they can’t and I have to deal with the manufacturer. Now in my industry, we fix the mistake and deal with the manufacturer ourselves. Sending them back has never been an issue for us. Customers happy, broken stuffs replaced, easy process. Nope, not this store. I am done shopping here. And if you’re wanting a good customer service center, this is not the place.
Stopped in the other day to pick up some hair color. A very nice and knowledgeable lady working there was able to help me and recommend the right products for the look I was going for. Everyone I have encountered at this location has been very friendly and helpful.
They are supposed to open at 10am. It's 10: 30 and still not opened! And no sign on the door!
