Wow what can I say just left the store a little bit ago, There was no name tag, But the girl that was there was dressed Gothic, anyway when I started to describe the product, in a very cold dry voice she told me (I know what it is) Then she told me it's down there, so I was looking on the bottom shelf, once again dry voice, (GO to the back of store and look on the bottom) seeing I was the only there I would have thought she might walk down there to show me, WRONG.when I got to the counter I saw bottle had a broken seal, so I went back and got another, She then asked if it was the same kind. REALLY! Sherlock you are employed here not me. She took a deep breath and said she would now have to do an exchange, This really seemed to hack her of. MY GADS she was definitely high on something, and it wasn't customer service either, GET some decent help

ITS 2022 and White Ladies STILL follow you around the store acting like their working.
You would think a professional black man with long locs would be an ideal customer, BUT NOT HERE.we still get treated like criminals. SMH

If I could give zero stars I would There was this one worker called Hannah that was saying racial slurs and talking about people in a negative way.why does sally hire people like this I will no longer be shopping in this location

Very kind and patient person helped me today learn all about the perfect purple for me. Thank you so much for helping this middle aged mama on my new hair color adventure! She knew the difference between idle questions and a real attempt to learn how to do this right. Now my daughter and I are both customers!

I love love love this iron best I have ever purchase well worth the money leaves my clients hair very silly shiny and smooth
