Sally Beauty, San Antonio TX

They truly don't know anything about hair products and is not available to help

The staff is always friendly and willing to help, but the store manager is horrible. She has been working at this Sally's for years, at least a decade or more. There are several reviews about her and I've had my fair share of negative experiences with her. It's to the point where if I see her working I just leave and come back. She has followed me and others around, made rude comments, been mean to staff in front of customers, and even accused my boyfriend of fraud when he went in to buy our shampoo/condition because he used my number to pull up my account. (This was several years ago, called corporate they said it was fine for him to use my account and filed a report for me.)
I don't wish anything bad to happen to her but maybe a good wake up call from corporate would help. I hope she's near retirement because I think she's just unhappy.

Nice staff and very helpful but prices are 6-7 dollars over other places

Very rude front lady tryed to ask questions about products and she look irritated and walked away with attitude.

The lady that helped me and my granddaughter was the only person who knew what they were
talking about
