She showed up because she had to. Poor representation, nice office. She did as little as possible in our representation. Her top priority was her fee, even though we where never late and paid in full. Then it was brought up.need more money. It is my opinion that she let the DA do what they wanted.yes she made promises which never ever happened. Rude, abrupt we made the wrong g professional choice as to who we had representing us.

I recently called the office to inquire about hiring her services. Although I was hoping for a positive experience, I was disappointed by the attitude of the person who called me back, who I assume was the attorney herself. Despite only being on the phone for less than a minute, her demeanor was unprofessional and left a bad impression.

I understand that everyone has bad days, but as an attorney, it's important to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, especially when representing the firm. This is especially true during the initial stages of client interaction, as first impressions are crucial. I would like to offer this feedback as constructive criticism and suggest that sally goodman consider working on her communication skills and approach to customer service.
