My sister recommended me to her, I went to pick up my 3 gowns and 2 pants a day later that I was told to pick up, this was a week after I dropped off. When I went to pick up, one gown and one pants were not done and she asked me to go back the following day. Then she called me the following day asking if I can pick it up 3 days later cause she said, she is very busy and it is back to school. So I agreed since I do not need them yet. I was nice. But because they are not that close to me and I have work till Saturday, I did not go and pick it up. I went yesterday to pick it up since I need it in 3 days, I was just so disappointed and mad cause they were not even done! I was glad I tried them on and that was the only time I found out they were not even worked on, Sally was not there but my clothes were hanging where the clothes are ready for pick up. There were still baby pins in my gown and no one bothered to call me.
I am very patient and gives chances but this one got me. She had my clothes for 3 weeks!
I think she overbooks herself and no one helps her to call customers

This place is a hidden gem. My husband needed pants altered the same day and this place delivered. Fast and excellent work.

Excellent Sally the owner was able to altered a suit jacket on short notice for an upcoming wedding event.

They did an amazing job had a hole "i have no idea what its called but frum the 4 way to the line look @ piks on 2 pair of shorts rilly amazing job

I had two pants hemmed here. They were not ready on the promised date. They hurriedly finished the work after struggling to locate the pants for a few minutes. A bit disorganized, end result was good enough.

Brought in jeans to be tailored
And came in on their scheduled finish date and they lost my clothes
Said they wouldcall in a couple days.that was 2 and half weeks ago never got that call
Very unorganized and messy shop
