What a wonderful customer service experience. I called Toshia just to inquire on services that she provided (My mother was at her wits' end with her hair and was ready for the big chop). Toshia took her time with me over the phone, explaining the different options that she offered. I asked her if there was any possibility to squeeze my mother in within the next few days…and she did just that.
The day of the appointment my mother went into the salon very nervous and a bit uneasy. Toshia was very warm and welcoming, and most importantly took her time with my mom. She came out of your salon a completely different person . Her cut is beautiful, it fits her face perfectly. Toshia Ollison thank you so much for an exceptional customer experience.

Meme was very friendly. We talked as if we been knowing each other. Plus, loved my hair when she was finished with it.

Arletha Penn did a great job with this mess on my head. She was prompt, caring and played my kind of music. She made me very comfortable and constantly adhered to Covid guidelines.

I’ve been coming to Sierra Jade studio (suite 604) for years. She’s by far one of the best colorists in this city, hands down. Every service I have had, sew-ins, custom made units, color changes, have been A-1. Salons at Meyerland is definitely filled with amazing stylist.

Well organized, clean and properly managed space comprised of hair experts. My wife cuts/makes her hair in one of the salons here (salon de’chanel). Her work is on point!

This is a great concept of a hair salon. It is one building filled with many different stylists/barbers who all do their own styles. The website is also extremely useful, and you can narrow down artists who specialize in what you want.

My visit was with Megan of Kinky Kurly Love Affair, and I had a great experience.

Also, the building is extremely clean, and so were the bathrooms.

Jeana James is the best! Quality service, fair prices, and good stylist. If you want your hair to be in good health, go to her, hands down.

I got a full sew in with closure/ and dye by Sandra in suite 400, she is awesome, pleasant personality and GIFTED hands, SHE IS THE BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES, she also sales bundles and her bundles are GRADE A+

Precious is my stylist and has been for at 3 or more years now. She does a pheonemal job taking care of my natural hair keeping it trimmed properly. Deep conditioned. Etc My hair is healthy and beautiful. I get sew-in by CHOICE! She colored the hair to perfection to match my natural hair. I get compliments all the time. Love it! Always prompt and ease in making appointments. Thanks Precious!

My Stylist Tiffany Bevil is a total pro. I came to her with damaged hair from braiding and weave styles. Since coming to her the breakage has stop and my hair looks healthy again.

I would like my money back. I felt so uncomfortable. I don't trust Precious to touch or correct my hair. Putting the wrong color on my hair is a big deal. I don't won't to drive 2 hrs.again.
