I took my mom to the salon, our first time, I wanted to spoil her right before mother's day. Connie took our appointment, understood the assignment and delivered. My mom looks so classy in her new hairstyle. Thank you so much, highly appreciated.

I continue to be highly impressed with Salon One 12 and my stylist Bella! The ladies are all so friendly and welcoming, and my haircuts are AMAZING. I felt like a princess today with 2 people blowing out my hair at the same time (I have thick hair lol), and then my final cut was excellent. I have found MY salon! <3

Milca is SO INCREDIBLE! I had been trying out new stylists when mine finally moved away and I fall in love with my each and every time I go to her. She sweet, artistic and so talented. I just recently did a brunette balayage for the first time and she NAILED IT. Don't you ever leave me Milca! XOXO

I'm so glad that I found this fantastic salon. Today I got my second haircut with Connie and she is absolutely wonderful – talented, caring and such a sweet sunshine of a human being! She did a great job with my hair both times and I'll definitely be back for future haircuts. I can only recommend this spot and Connie!

Love this salon! Booking an appointment is very easy and I love the text communication. The salon itself is clean, the staff were friendly, and overall it’s very cute/cozy. Alyssa really made it a 5-star experience for me! She listened to what I wanted and my hair looks amazing! Highly recommend.

I was disappointed, I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning, with Angelica before winter storm. I was notified Tuesday that my appointment was rescheduled for Thursday at 10am. Which I didn’t mind because of the storm, I understood the reasoning. Wednesday evening I was notified that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because Angelica wasn’t going be in the salon Thursday. Again, I understood because of the storm and school was cancelled Thursday, assuming maybe it could have been a child care issued. I replay to a reschedule, and haven’t not received any reply back. I was going give a day or so but to my own surprise, I saw on a Angelica’s Instagram that Angelica was indeed in the salon today (Thursday) because she posted a pictures of clients she had today. That was my only reason why I booked an appointment with Angelica because of her Instagram, I like her style and color treatments. Which I was planning to get some color treatments in the near future. Now, I am going take my business to a different salon.

I have been coming to this salon for a couple years now and absolutely love it! Rebecca always does an amazing job on my cuts and I couldn't be happier.

I got a toner today w/Cayli, between my scheduled highlight services and I LOVE the result! I appreciate how pretty my hair looks AND feels! Cayli has proven to me that maintenance between my highlight appointments and by using the recommended products, my hair can look good which make me feel beautiful!

I had an AMAZING experience with Cecilia! She was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She was also upfront with pricing, saw my vision, and worked her magic! She will be my go to stylist for now on! So glad I trusted her as I am so excited to find such a wonderful salon and stylist since I moved to the area not too long ago. I am in love with my hair and can’t thank Cecilia enough for taking care of me on my special day. I found the prices to be very reasonable and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!:)

I've been going to Salon One 12 for a couple of years now. They ladies are super nice and my hairdresser, Connie, does an amazing job. Connie has helped me keep my scalp and hair looking amazing. She takes her time to make sure my hair is exactly how I want it.

I’ve been going here for a while and Bella always does my hair perfectly. I’ve gotten my bangs cut at other places and salon one 12 is the only place I’ve gone where they style your hair to your actual face. You’re not just a manikin or a doll head to them, you’re a real person. It’s crazy how a hair style can show your real personality but every time I walk in I know Bella and the other stylists here can do just that. Thank you:)

Connie did an amazing job with my hair! I was a little nervous putting color in my hair but it was the best decision! I love the environment in the salon, very welcoming!

I am very disappointed last night. I made my appointment one week ahead to color and cut my hair. My appointment was at 7: 00 pm. Alyssa could not do it because it was not enough time and they close it at 9: 00pm. I could not fix my hair for Christmas time. They should not accept appointment if they don’t have enough time to finish the job to a client. She did a hair cut. It was overpriced for what she did.

Disappointed, spent LOTS of money (over 1,000), brought so much business, and didn't like my color I received but got released as a client. I got to refund and no fix on my hair. Very unprofessional and disappointed that my money was never given back and my hair was never fixed. I was also overbooked because when I was asking for a blowout for my hair my hairstylist said she had another client and left me with my hair wet. Complete waste of money.

Absolutely the best salon I have ever used! Super nice and professional family atmosphere and really talented stylists!
