Saltgrass Steak House, Houston TX

It has been awhile since I have order the range rattlers and they were perfect! Not to hot that I lose my taste buds, but just enough zing to enjoy.

The waitress Elainie was terrific very prompt accurate friendly polite and very helpful, knowledgeable of items on menu. We had a great visit and will return again.

Not much of a selection the food was good but they gave me a pina colada that tasted like a sugarless milkshake.

Today's experience was really disappointing. My family and I arrived at the table and were waiting for a good 15 minutes without one waiter coming to check up on us or ask for our order. There were multiple idle waiters around the area, and not one of them attended us So finally we decided to take our business somewhere else. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

They weren't even packed took about a hour to make are food but it wasn't fresh but other then that I like it

Service was super. Well what service should be. Prompt, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, never really needed to ask for anything.they asked us if we wanted things like paper napkins, ketchup, more water etc. The chicken fried steak was good. I must say, however, it was not great. Dots coffee shop was still tops hands down. But the atmosphere, parking, prices, and wait time more than made up for the average food.

Its been a long time since i had a steak cooked right on the first time out. They had my steak at the perfect medium rare. Steak was so good i wanted to tip the cook. Always a big plus when wait staff waits to leave until you cut your steak to ensure its cooked right. This is my favorite SaltGrass in the nation. Give that cook a raise.

Elainie was our server. Great service and friendly attitude! I truly recommend the I-10 East Facility.

This is my favorite place and would give it 5 stars for the food because it's always on point. HOWEVER! I sat at the bar and I'm assuming I didn't have a specific waitress because I got half of my food and had to ask for the other half. Ordered water and sat there sucking on ice for the longest. The waitress was more into being in the face of the men customers and in their phones and as far as I am concerned was completely overlooked and I tip well but not this time I left nothing. The service was HORRIBLE!

The chicken and steak were delicious and if they still have them the grilled pineapple margaritas were the bomb

To start this place is so good to go eat at! My server was good! He checked on us on every 10-15 minutes to make sure if we needed refills on our drinks or if we needed appetizers. We didn't have to wait long for our food and the bread they serve you is so delish especially with the butter

It was good. Waitress and rest of staff were almost annoying. They kept asking if we needed anything. Too helpful, if anything.

The food was delicious. I tried brussel sprouts for the 1st time & I'll be back just for that!

Horrible service. Had a Landry card the managers never came over. Also they were sitting 2 booths next to us. Very disappointed will never go back

Nice location, never too crowded, and great service! The food was pretty good also, but I wasn't thrilled at my last visit when I ordered brussel sprouts and they put bacon in them (I don't think it says they have bacon in them on the menu). I'm a pescatarian. Other than that, great experience!

Service was excellent! Austin did a great job being quick and attentive. Our food did not take very long either. All in all we had a great experience.

I'm a Landrys Select Club member. Just left this Saltgrass about an hour ago. The bartender named Melandie was great! This was by far the best service that I've had at any Saltgrass ever. I will continue to come to this one as long as she works here.

What a great place to eat! Took the wife and her sister there for dinner and it was fantastic, fabulous food in a rustic setting and everything was cooked the way we requested! Try it and you will not be disappointed!

My steak was prepared the way my friend ordered it and his steak was prepared the way I like it, so we traded food. Service could have been better. The waiters were arguing over who should serve us. We were waited on twice in the beginning by two different waiters.
