Manager is very kind also our server. They cook my Ribeye steak perfect. Love it, Really recommend this place.

Our server Jason is awwwwwesoooooom! Drinks were stiff chicken tortilla soup, best I've ever had. Agh. The food is so good! Only took 15 minutes to get out food

The service was poor and the food was not cooked properly. After I gotten my meal. I find out that they was out of mashed potatoes, instead of before I received my meal.

Came here for a treat yourself lunch, got the bread, baked potato soup, michelada and water, with the 12 oz ribeye medium rare with green beans.

The bread needs work I only ate 1 slice of it. Lacks flavor beyond what everything else they serve.

The soup was so good!

The michelada seemed massive haha didn’t think I would finish.

The ribeye seemed to be cooked medium or medium well wish it came out right. The green beans were great I’m definitely getting those again!

It was all great fast service, attentive staff, although it would’ve been 5 stars if your first impression is the bread make it better.

First time going to a Salt grass resturant and I loved it. I also loved the waiter. (dont know her name). She was so awesome, knowledgable, friendly, and super courteous. Always atending our needs. Definetly going back

Saltgrass has gone way way downhill we're real disappointed.it used to be my go to restaurant the last 6 maybe 7 times I tried it.bad news disappointed every time!

You can never go wrong with the surf and turf.

The bread and sweet butter are always a must try.

Steaks were excellent, cooked to order. The waiter was attentive and our food was served fast.

This particular one Is a bit better when it comes to customer service. The wrong orders still come out but it's less frequent and they are much kinder and attentive to their mistakes.the food when is right is exemplary

I’ve been going to Saltgrass for 23 years. Always had a great experience. Then I went about a month ago. Hostess & waitress were not friendly at all. Neither smiled nor did they act like they’ve done this before. The hostess shuffled while showing us to our table. When I mention how long her hair was and the pretty blue ribbons that was intertwined into her braids, she didn’t even acknowledge me. I then asked her how long it took to braid her hair, and she said 10 hours, never looking back or stopping to reply.

No smile still.

When I go to restaurants, I expect to be greeted with smiles & that “happy to see you” vibe.

I didn’t even get a thank you for giving my waitress a $20 tip.

I will never go back as the restaurant vibe is not what it use to be.

The food was good though but I have this thing about being civil & professional, so no, they’ve lost my business for good.

Used to be my favorite business lunch place, but after last business lunch I have to say no more. $23 Steak that I ordered medium rare was way over cooked and tough! No time to get a replacement as I had addition meetings scheduled, so spent back, had removed from check and left hungry: (

This place never disappoints. A very generous steak size and very tender. The blooming onion is amazing. I never travel to Houston without going there.

This is my go to for a Wedge Salad. I must say they have the best. Doesn't cost that much either. You must try it. The ribeye is quite good as well)! Keep up the good work Saltgrass. Also I can't forget the customer service is good in curbside as well.

Great wedge salad; terrible french fries, good ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare, awful chicken fried steak.
