All of the staff is super friendly and answer any questions even if they aren't your server. The food is exceptionally amazing. Great atmosphere, fabulous drinks!

It's not as good as it used to be. Super expensive for mediocre food. And they got rid of the fried zucchini appetizer which was one of my favorites there

I feel that maybe a mistake was made with what I ordered. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any steak house. Golden Corral is head and shoulders better than what I had tonight. I'd put their mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak on pare with cafeteria food at a low-end hospital with sodium restrictions. The cook must have called off tonight. That’s the only thing that makes any sense.

Took my family here after a long day and everything was awesome. My server HAMPTON was phenomenal! He was so polite and really set the tone for our family night. The food was hot and fresh and right on time. I enjoyed it. Thanks Hampton we will be back!

0 for 2 on temping steaks properly…& this is a steak place. Both had this odd burnt taste from a grill that probably hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The medium well filet was rare. The mid-rare NY Strip was half medium and half rare like one half of it was hanging off of the grill. I legit ate half of it so the server took half price off of the steak. I was embarrassed for the manager who had to keep apologizing for a kitchen who just sends out whatever garbage they want to. Our server was super nice & friendly.

It was just okay. Ordered steak tips and it tasted like they use the trimmings from better cuts. There was a lot of cartlidge and fat. Not good at all. Service was very slow very few drink refills or checking on table. It isn't worth the money.

Went around 2 pm in the afternoon. Took awhile to be greeted by our server even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Employees were more concerned with doing side work and chit chatting than taking care of guests. Overall the food was good, but the mac and cheese came out ice cold. Also disappointed that there is an upcharge now for substituting your soup or salad with another side. Overall a mediocre experience at this location.

I took my fiancee to Saltgrass for her birthday. The food was excellent, but the service was simply terrible. First off, we didn't get our drinks for about 15 minutes. Second, once we ordered a couple $35 dollar steaks, they come to our table and ask my fiancee multiple times if she was ok with eating a salad with lettuce only. Apparently, the salad maker had already put his salad station away for the night. We said no, and asked for a sweet potato as a substitute. They said they couldn't do that. I was shocked. I thought this was the hospitality industry. Eventually, after some persuasion, they brought her the salad that she ordered - 15 minutes after the steak hit the table. I had slipped away to go to the bathroom to ask for a piece of birthday cake because it was her birthday, obviously. The waitress literally said, "it's not free and you'll have to pay for it. " I'm thinking, "does it look like I can't afford a piece of cake? " We are in the middle of our meal when she returns to the table, and asks if we would like the cake and the bill. (Totally ruining the little surprise that I had for her.) I said no and to bring it at the end. Again, shocked this waitress has no clue how to be hospitable.
The waitress hardly checked on us and we had to flag down another waiter to get us to-go boxes. The service failed every step of the way. Our bill was $130 with tip. The service didn't match the price tag. We won't be back.

We had the best experience from a friendly service to great food. We will definitely be back!

Food was great but our waitress was amazing! She stayed on it from start to finish, we never ran out of drinks and if we asked for anything extra she had it at the table quickly. Very friendly and went out of her way to make sure our experience was great. If you eat here sit in Courtney’s section.

Saltgrass is a favorite for our company lunches. So far, I've tried the Texas T-Bone, Salmon Oscar, and 16oz Ribeye. Order according to your taste but I usually go with medium rare or medium. Always cut through like buttah' and yes I mean Buttah'. Macaroni and cheese and salad. Starters I highly recommend are the fried shrimp-jalapenos and mushrooms.

Good Experience overall. The food quality is good and the staff is very friendly. I luv the seafood and wine.

Well we decided to celebrate our 32 nd anniversary here at salt n grass. This would be our second time visiting. First time our server was Rebeca - she was so pleasant, helpful for the first time costumers … I was very exited to come back …
Tonight the server looked like he got upset that we turned away the water and didn’t mentioned as we order appetizers that “86” fried mushrooms. Then we find out from the manager that fried mushrooms were out since yesterday.
Anyhow we did ordered a glass of Prosecco with the main cours (they were out) so the server took an order for a glass of wine. Later we found out from the manager that they do have a prosseco - he delivered him self (that was an asti, but looked like the manager not aware of the difference and we didn’t wanted it, that’s why we ordered the wine) as well charging us as a Prosecco not even complimentary since we already were drinking a wine.
As for the steak - we specifically asked to be cooked extra well done - came out mid - rear, we had to send it back to be cooked … anyhow, very disappointed

We had a great time, meal, server, and service. Well worth the money. Y'all git in heahr!

The food is hit and miss. Steak was just okay, burgers were pretty good, salmon was great and chicken was just okay. Kinda expected more from this place.

Love the bacon wrapped filet. It's always so tender and flavorful. If you like stuffed jalapeños, start your meal off with the Range Rattlers.

The steak is always good at Saltgrass. I love the filet. Their fried mushrooms are delicious too.
