Anthony Ramirez was a great help with info on getting lessons. He was a great help teaching us a few things about our amp, and the electric guitar, did fabulous with stringing showing how to restring the guitar, since we are newbies. Just an all around helpful person.

I was there in Wichita Falls visiting my son and stop at Sam Gibbs and the experience of customer service was amazing. The gentleman that helped us out Calen was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about what we were looking for. Sorry, if I missed spelled you name but thank you for giving us great customer service. Nothing compared as to when you go to a Guitar Center place the customer service there is pathetic, unlike Sams Gibbs you guys are awesome!

Excellent experience all around with the staff here at Sam Gibbs. I don’t live in the area and was in need of some timely help with my guitar. Rebecca was the one who picked up the phone when I called to make sure I could have a repair done. She was super pleasant and advised I bring in my instrument to have Mr. Nick look at it for me. Upon arriving, he greeted me as soon as I walked in. He went out of his way to make sure I had my guitar back prior to me heading back home. I also spoke to Anthony briefly and he was also most pleasant. I will definitely return to Sam Gibbs as they have earned my trust and my business. Thank you!

Bought a used guitar for my daughter and knew nothing about it. Mr. Nick was great in explaining everything amd anything I asked. He even told me things I didn't realize she needed for her guitar. Will definitely never use anyone else. Oh and they teach classes as well.

Definition of a service-oriented music store. Everyone here works to understand your needs, and provide you with whatever instrument will best fit your musical needs. I have had nothing be great service from both the instrumental and the guitar repair shops, and I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff.

Went there to fix up my saxophone, was in and out of there in 5 minutes with a fixed saxophone!

Great store! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about products in general. Got a 20 percent discount. Will definitely go back there to purchase an amp later this month.

I would give 10 stars if possible! We just moved in the area and were looking for a general music store! Most places here are guitar only. I am so grateful we found Sam Gibbs! They are so knowledgeable, kind and professional! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jared in the repair department! He literally went above and beyond for me! He is very professional and knew his craft! Sam Gibbs Music is very blessed to have such an amazing team member on their staff! Pricing is very reasonable too! We will definitely be coming back and we would 100% recommend this place!

Friendly staff. Terrible Prices. This business continues to prey on the unknowing parents of this city. Upcharges of prices upwards of 80-100% for instruments you can find anywhere else.
In a response to the owner who has addressed my review; I am a musician of 15+ years, and I am very aware and familiar of general quality and pricings of your wares. I price checked several of your items because I was completely caught off guard with your posted prices. I was never quoted anything like you suggested, regarding an optional maintenance fee. No one in your store spoke to me about pricing at all for that matter. So I will assume this is just a cut/paste response of anyone who questions your ridiculous pricing.
