Michael was Amazing from the moment we walked in! We were celebrating many brother in law’s birthday and he made the entire night so special! Christina was performing which was the icing on the cake! The music made us all smile and all I can say was we all left with nothing but smiles! Thank you Sambuca for an amazing dinner!

Love it here. Music is on point and great place to go if your looking to dance and have a good time. Be sure the ask for Wallace to serve you drinks! Ask about his special Annaberry shots, they’re delicious

It's in downtown, parking difficult, unless you valet park. Food was ok, not great. They had live music, but the sound system not pleasant. Could not make out what entertainer was saying. They would not let us make reservations for party of 12, when we got there, there were a lot of empty tables. Not happy. Will not go back.

The food was great. The service was awful. The server took a long time to greet us. She finally took our drink order. By the time she got back with the water, without our cocktails, the table next to us who sat down after us already had drinks and appetizer. She rarely came back to check on us. Everything took a really long time and our final drink order never came. The exception was the food runner that was too fast. She kept trying to remove things from the table when they were only half eaten. I got back from using the ladies' room to find that she had cleared my water glass. We would have ordered a lot more had the server come back in a timely fashion. A lot of money to spend for such poor service

Service and food are always good. Nice atmosphere and great happy hour.
But, to me, the standout Josh; his service, lively personality and attention to detail sets him apart.

Went on a wonderful date with friends, made reservations loved my table! Drinks are great! Our waiter was awesome!

Went Saturday night july 23.atmosphere great.food was good (we just had soup and salad as we weren't very hungry), as were drinks.waitress was excellent.band sounded good, but not many songs were danceable.we will return when different bands are playing as we enjoy dancing. It's downtown to expect to park in parking garage in area.

My husband & I visited on our anniversary and we loved it. The food was very good. The staff made us feel at home.very friendly. They seemed to really love their jobs. Emmitt personally wished us a Happy Anniversary! Live music provided by Mandi Powell and she has very a beautiful voice. If you're in Houston, you have to stop by! Valet parking is available

We stopped by for drinks and Wallace the new bartender was amazing. He took care of us and the drinks were amazing. Emmitt, the manager stopped to check on us. We had a GREAT time. Live band and good company. Oh did I mentioned it was my birthday!

We went to the Houston Sambuca's because the Mark Dini Group was playing there. They are FANTASTIC! WHAT A WORLD CLASS GROUP OF MUSICIANS! WOW! Also Emitt the GM did a great job of welcoming us and taking care of us. The food and wine were incredibly good. We throughly enjoyed the evening. Will return when The Mark Dini Group plays again!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there on July 1st. The live band was amazing! I felt like we were at a concert. The food was HORRIBLE! The calamari was rubbery and there was more fried jalapeños in it than calamari. Your so called crab dip had no crabmeat but hamburger meat only. The chicken on your salad wasn’t fresh and it too was rubbery. Please make changes in your kitchen/chef staff ASAP.

Bad experience with my friend that planned her birthday here. What was described to her is not what they honored and she ended up having to fork out alot of extra money. The band was playing good music and may be a better place to not go as a group. But needless to say our night didn't end well.

I've enjoyed going to Sambuca for years. The live music, the food, the staff.always great. I haven't eaten there for years and need to again. We mainly go for the music. (And drinks!)

I've been coming here since it opened many years ago. Dinner last night was delicious, filet and salmon. The band was terrific and made for some fun dancing. Service by manager Emmitt and by bartender Josh was attentive but not pushy. Great place for date night.
