Same Day Appliance Repair Houston

As the Area Director for a senior home care company that won the Houston BBB Award of Excellence for superior customer service delivery, I only work with companies that have also won that award as I understand what it takes to earn that dedignation.

I contacted Same Day Appliance Repair at 7am this morning and they scheduled a technician to arrive between 1-4pm. The technician, Edgar, arrived at 1: 15pm and was most courteous and professional. He was most knowledgeable and thorough. Edgar performed the repair and was on his way in about an hour.

I was most impressed with my entire experience and, should I require appliance repair service in the future, I will contact Same Day and request Edgar! Great job!

Excellent. Sam our technician was able to fix my fridge in less than 5 min. Another company told me the entire water filtration system would need to be replaced for 900. Sam took one look and fixed a partially disengaged filter and showed me how to fix it in the future. Total charge 60. Will definitely use them from now on

Someone always answers the phone and follows up within promised/stated times. Customer service and follow-through is very good. The service charge is very reasonable and is applied towards the cost of repairs. The technician they sent to our townhome was very good and professional.

Called on a Sunday, got an immediate response. Scheduled appointment for the next morning — on Memorial Day, even. Edgar Sardis showed up promptly, fixed the problem efficiently, and got everything taken care of faster than I would have thought possible.

Victor was awesome! He was patient, respectful, courteous, and optimistic. He is generally just nice person to interact with. He didn't waste any time. He kept his word and puts quality into his work. He likes what he does! Customer service is his focus. I will absolutely call this company for any future repairs! Thank you!

We have used the services of Same Day for approximately 5 years to fix problems with 2 refrigerators. Each time we have had an issue, we have had Sam Sales, the technician, come to our home to make the repairs. He has always given us good advice which resulted in saving money and he has done excellent repairs. We like Sam because he is kind, knowledgeable, honest, and does excellent work. Usually, there is a lot of stress with having a problem with a refrigerator. But, knowing that we can call Same Day and ask for Sam to come really reduces any worries. He comes quickly makes the repairs immediately assuming the parts are available. We highly recommend Same Day; it is nice to have a reputable company to call on for good service.

We really loved this company. Their workers come on time and are very professional with their work. I feel like this is a very great company and would call them for any repairs I’m the future. And we really appreciate d Mr. Victor so much he is very nice and professional.

I’ve used Same Day Appliance Repair before and was happy with their service last time in fixing my dishwasher. We had a different technician come out last time but he is no longer with the company. The gentleman (Rudy) that came to check out our ice maker was professional, and he was able to replace it the same day. Our ice maker was making a clicking noise each time the ice was dropped into the bucket inside the fridge. We would have to manually open and reset the ice maker for the noise to stop. Rudy gave us a quote of $210 for the ice maker and then $200 for labor. The labor seemed a bit high but we were pleased with their service last time and knew they would do a good job. He provided a brief discount for us if I provided a review.

We've been using Same Day Appliance for repairs on all our appliances for several years and are really happy with them. Felix came today and changed out a bad ice maker. But he's repaired many appliances and even helped us with suggestions for new appliances (washer, dryer, range) we've bought. Highly recommend!

I called around 10 and got a window from 11-2.
Next thing you know, they are calling me that the technician will be there by 11.
Angelio came out and found the issue was from a clogged pipe. He got it cleaned up, we then ran the dishwasher for about 15 minutes to see if it was fixed. Sure enough that was the problem!

My GE Profile dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes properly. I called Same Day Appliance Repair on Sunday April-10-2022. The costumer service representative made a appointment with service technician for next day. On Monday service tech. Edgar Saroos came on time and did the quick investigation and figured out that there was nothing wrong with dishwasher but main line the electrical power switch which controls the power for my dishwasher was faulty. Edgar was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After replacing the power switch, dishwasher is doing its job properly.

My gas dryer started to emit a strong gas odor and My clothes came out of the dryer smelling like gas. I called same day appliance, they sent Victor to my home. He arrived on time, was professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately he did not have the required part in his work vehicle, however he worked with my schedule to return to finish the repair. I highly recommend Same Day Repair Houston. Their pricing is fair and service was done to my satisfaction.

Same Day Appliance has been our go-to Repair service for five years now, and they have never disappointed. We usually get seen within hours of calling, and the technicians that have helped us have always been courteous and knowledgeable.
